"It was only a five hour flight so it wasn't that bad, I slept most of the trip anyways" Snow said with a shrug before letting out a small laugh. The girl looked over at Squirt curiously when his head suddenly jerked up, letting out a small laugh when he kissed her cheek and reached for the phone. When Snow heard him ask room service to bring them a whole apple pie she grinned, her cheeks turning a light pink color. "Apple pie?" She asked, the grin still big on her face as he leaned towards him and pressed her lips to his cheek. "When I have access to a proper kitchen I'll make an apple pie just for you, I promise" Though she wasn't exactly sure when the next time someone was just going to let her use their kitchen she would make this happen one way or another.
Snow couldn't help the smile that was still on her face as Squirt talked about her meeting the rest of his friends, to see him this happy was one of her favorite things in the world. The girl leaned her head into his hand as he brushed a stray lock from her face. "Of course I am" She said with a smile as she reached over and intertwined her fingers with his "I wouldn't have it any other way". Getting the chance to be able to see the world was one thing but being able to have Squirt be there as well was mind boggling. It all seemed way too good to be true the more she thought about it. "I can't believe they're just letting me come on tour with you" She said as she turned her head to look up at Squirt, a smile slowly starting to form on her face. Snow reached over and grabbed his hand, lacing her fingers with his. This entire situation sounded like something out of a movie but she wouldn't question it, part of her was afraid that if she did they would realize their mistake and send her back to DP. That was the absolute last thing she wanted.

His smile didn’t faulter as she told him she couldn’t decide. Snow was always like that; unable to pick what to do first. It was adorable to see her think about every option before finally admitting that she didn’t have any preferance. Then again, anything she did was adorable. He let out a small huff of laughter and nodded. “Sure, yeah, no need to go anywhere just yet. You just got here; it must have been a long flight, yeah?” Suddenly, Squirt’s head jerked up and looked at the phone that was just on the other side of her. Reaching over her to grab it, he apologized, “‘xcuse me, darls,” and kissed her cheek before holding the receiver to his ear and waiting for the front desk. “Yeah, room service please? Tell me, do you think you have any.. apple pie?” His eyes darted over to Snow’s, grinning cheekily. “Yeah. a whole pie. The bigger the better. Put it on Coach Davies’ bill. Thank you so much.” He hung up the phone and fell onto his back.
"And then I’ve got to take you to meet the guys," Squirt beamed. "Sammy and Kevin and the rest of the gang. They’ll love you– they pretty much already know you, I talked about you so much when I was moping around. Wait," he said suddenly, "Sammy probably knew about the whole thing; that’s why he kept tellin’ me it’d get better. That or he’s just too cheery all the time." The blonde turned back to Snow and he brushed a lock of hair out of her face. "So you’re gunna come with me on this?" he asked with a softer smile on his face. "You’re going to come on tour with me?" It was still hard for him to believe that she was agreeing to come along with him on tour, although he wouldn’t have it any other way.

A smile had been plastered on Snows face since the moments she had seen him in the airport, and it hasn’t gone away since. Just by being here with Squirt she felt even more at home than she ever had when she was away from him. Even before she met him, while she was still back in her hometown it never actually felt like home, just somewhere temporary until something better came along. But being here with him, it felt like absolute paradise. Snow tilted her head to the side so she could get a better look at him, the smile from before still very apparent on her face. Just the sight of him laying beside her made the butterflies multiply by thousands in her stomach, like it was the first time she was seeing him. With a smile she reached out and intertwined her fingers with his, a small sigh of elation escaping her. It had been entirely too long since they had done this. Just be together.
His options rang around through her mind as she tried to decide on what they should do. But she honestly couldn’t pick, as long as she was with him she was fine with whatever they did. They could sit in a mud puddle for all she cared, as long as he was there. “Well I’m not trying to be difficult…" She said with a small grin, a light laugh escaping her next “but I don’t care what we do, being with you is enough" Snow giggled slightly when he tickled her nose and reached up, using her free hand to cup his face. “Buuuut, we could always just stay here and hang out for a little while before we go off and explore? I’m way too comfortable to be moving anywhere right now"

Squirt didn’t hold back his laughter at her joke towards him. “You know what, darls, you’re probably right. Thank god I have you to remind me where everything is." He smiled to himself as she rested her head on his back, the warmth of her body on the back of his own felt so nice, like she was made just to form to his body. Right as she stepped into the room he kissed the top of her head as it passed him and went straight towards the bear, engulfing it in a tight hug. “I’m glad you like it! Me mates were giving me shi—crap about it at first, but then they dropped it once I told ‘em why."
He dropped the room key onto his bed as she kissed his cheek. “You missed," he chuckled lightly before pressing his lips cutely onto his for a quick kiss before picking her up bridal style. “I’m so glad you’re here!" his voice rang out in the hotel room, his elation overwhelming him yet again. “You understand that that was like," he began, beaming, “the biggest and best surprise I’ve ever experienced, yeah?" He kissed her again, unable to hold back before he laid her on the bed, crawling on top of her and hovering over her body, using his hands on either side of her as support. Squirt’s lips curled up into a small smile just by looking at her. “You’re radiant," he said softly before kissing her gently and falling to her side, careful not to land on her hair. Turning so his side faced her, he grinned at Snow before asking, “So, what do you want to do?" He grabbed a small piece of her hair and twirled in in his fingers as he spoke. “We could head to the beach, or get a bite, or stay here; it’s up to you," he added, before sticking the piece of hair on her nose and tickled it quickly.

Snow looked up and studied her boyfriend curiously while he put all the pieces together, a smile forming on her face. Never had she actually been able to pull off a surprise before, especially not one as big as this one. Being able to surprise Squirt who didn't even have a clue that she was coming and it actually going off without a hitch was huge. There were so many moments when she wanted to call him up so badly and just tell him her whole plan, just to get it off her chest. But she didn't and she was incredibly glad she was able to hold herself back for those two long weeks. A slight pinkness crept up on her cheeks as Squirt kissed her nose, the same one that had been showing itself since the moment they met. "I know what you meant" She said with a smile as she hugged herself tighter to his side while they walked, pushing the memory of her old home and her mother far from her mind. "I'm at home wherever i'm with you, we could be in a cardboard box on the side of the road for all I care. As long as you're there i'll be happy" She reached up on her tippy toes and kissed his jaw line, before following him out of the airport.
-----
The ride from the airport back to the hotel was a relatively short one and, thankfully, on the opposite side of town from where her mother currently was. After retrieving a couple of her bags from the trunk and making her way up a couple floors Snow stood outside of the room with Squirt while he looked around for the key. "If your head wasn't attached to your body you'd probably lose that as well" She said jokingly, letting out a small laugh a few moments afterwards. Snow took a few steps forward and rested her head on his back while he continued to look for the key. They had only been away from each other for two weeks but in reality it had felt like so much longer than that. If it was up to her she would never have him out of her sight again for as long as she could. She knew that wasn't possible at all but she could dream, couldn't she? He was all hers after all, her soulmate, the one she didn't want to let go of ever. They were still young but the girl didn't care what anyone else though, she loved him with all of her heart.
When he finally got the door open she picked her head up from his back and followed him into the room, her gaze falling to the giant stuffed teddy bear sitting on the chair. Snow's cheeks flared a bright red as, what she imagined, was a couple dozen butterflies began flying around her stomach. She walked forward towards it, picking it up from it's place on the chair and giving it a hug. It even smells like him She thought with a smile. Snow put the bear back down on the chair and walked over to him, circling her arms around his neck "You're the sweetest guy on the face of this planet, you know that?" She asked as she leaned up and pressed her lips lightly to his cheek "It's perfect, I love it and I love you" Snow hugged herself to him, her head resting on his shoulder "Don't ever change".

Squirt paused for a moment, his gaze switching between Snow, tucked comfortably underneath his arm, and the electric sign above the gate she had just exited from. Slowly, ever-so slowly, Squirt began to connect the dots. “So coach,” he began, “he knew… you were coming… And he was apart of this surprise?” Suddenly, like a miniature epiphany it clicked for the boy, his eyes widening in realization. “Oh!” He exclaimed loudly, before letting out a laugh. “Oh! That makes more sense.” With another laugh, he pulled SNow close to him, placing yet another light kiss on the tip of her nose. “You’re amazing,” he beamed. “Now come on, let’s get you home. Well—” he stopped, frozen for a moment. He knew that she was actually close to home now, and he also knew that Snow didn’t want to go to her actual home. “Not your home, but your home. The one with me. It’s a hotel room for now.. And it’s about the same size as DP’s dorm rooms… But At least there’s no light’s out curfew, or any weird rule saying that you can’t be in the same room as me,” he chuckled, lacing his fingers in with hers as they made their way out of the airport.
—-
The couple stood outside of their hotel room, and Squirt fished in his pockets for the key. “I know it’s in here somewh— ah-hah!” he grinned, whipping out the credit card-like key. “I hate how easy it is to loose these fuckers,” he mumbled. Turning to her, he smiled sheepishly. “Sorry. Not fuckers… ‘boogers’, is that better?” He laughed at the word, his fifteen-year-old self finding that word hilarious. He knew that Snow didn’t mind when he cursed, but something about her being there, with him, and the two of them living on their own (in a way), he felt the need to at least act more mature. He knew that feeling would most likely pass and the two would goof off together all the time, but he still wanted to keep his language less filthy. She wasn’t some surfing pal that he was rooming with; this was Snow. This was his love. His pure snowflake. She deserved nothing less than his best.
After swiping the key, he opened the door for her and carried her bags into the room. Resting in a lounge chair was this massive, tan-colored teddy bear with a bow under his chin. Squirt had almost forgotten that he had got that for her. He blushed slightly as he began to explain it. “I got that for you, hoping that you would come. And I told myself that even if you didn’t, I’d take it with me so that if we ever passed by the school on our way to somewhere, I’d drop by and give it to you.. It’s dumb,” he added on, trying not to sound so wimpy. But he couldn’t help it. He made her melt. And he wouldn’t have it any other way.

Snow didn't want to let go. If she could just stay right in the spot they were standing in forever, holding onto him as tight as she could, she would do it in a heartbeat. She had already been away from him long enough, now that they were reunited she wasn't planning on letting him out of her sight anytime soon. "I should have just come with you though, I don't know what I was so nervous about. I - I" She hiccuped burying her face deeper into his chest to silence her already quiet sobs. Why was she crying? Snow had no idea but all the emotions that were hitting her all at once were probably something to do with it. She picked her head up from his shoulder and just looked at him, smiling, she'd never get enough of being back with him again.
Part of Snow suddenly became nervous and hyperaware of where she was. Exactly 25 minutes away from her hometown. 25 minutes away from her mother who still thought she was back in New Hampshire. She picked her head up again and looked around cautiously, there was no way her mother could be here right? She never ever traveled anywhere and if she did she always left early in the morning. So there was no way that on today of all days she would be there. Snow let out a relieved sigh and smiled as she looked up at Squirt again, still completely surprised with even herself of what she did. "Is that what your coach told you?" She asked with a small cheeky smirk. "Wanna know a secret? The reason you're here isn't to pick up a new teammate, it's to pick me up. I called him a few days ago and told him that I changed my mind and coming but to not tell you because I wanted to surprise you" Snow wrapped her arms around the boys torso again "Why else would you be here the exact time i'm getting off my plane to come see you?" She asked him, smiling up at him.

“Don’t be sorry,” Squirt cried out in happiness. “You’re here now, that’s all that matters. I shouldn’t have sprung that on you, Snowflake,” he apologized, his hands cuped around her slender face. “That’s not a decision you can just make in ten seconds.” The boy couldn’t help but laugh, still shocked that she was here. “This is amazing, Snow,” he beamed down at her before pulling her close again. When she stood on her tip-toes and kissed him, he smiled into her lips. “Never again,” he promised when the kiss ended. “I love you,” he repeated over and over again, having felt like the words haven’t left his mouth in ages.
Suddenly, the teen felt the need to control himself. He was close to tears he was so happy to be reunited with Snow again, but he couldn’t. Not in public, not when his coach had sent him out on a task. He kissed her once again, stoking her soft dark hair as he pulled back. He hung his arm over her small shoulders, turning his head to kiss the top of her head as she stood next to him. “Coincidentally,” he explained, his smile still wide, “you were on the same flight as my new teammate. I was sent here to pick him up. Or her, I guess. It’s amazing, you coming here and me being at the airport at the same time.” Squirt did his best to searach the crowd, but his gaze kept falling on the girl in his arms, still surprised and eternally grateful that he had her.
