Light is one of the 12 Aspects of Homestuck. Its Opposite is the Aspect Void.

Symbolically, Light is the brightness that illuminates the dark of the unknown, that gives meaning and highlights importance to all things within your sight and understanding. It reveals with clarity a true and detailed understanding of reality. When I think of Light, I think of the constant gathering of data and information, gained through your own perception. It is also uncovering and revealing the meaning you get from that information. It is whatever you find that is important and meaningful, things that demand your attention and understanding. It is the calculating perception of probability, fortune and odds based on understanding the relevant information. Light is the brightness that exposes all things from every angle, nothing is hidden from it or escapes its attention. It is the intense scrutiny of yourself and everything around you.
