Wait until sayeon figures out that being at the top of the system wont let her change it and that the system itself is broken and it cant be fixed by rooting out certain bad people because it itself creates the bad people that help perpetuate it

rgu is the best for a thousand different reasons but one thing i appreciate abt it as a masc/stud is that utena's feminization is an explicitly negative thing. it is a tactic used by her groomers to manipulate her and almost tame her in a way. so many other shows have tomboyish characters undergo some sort of feminization to show how mature they've become and it was always very disheartening to see growing up as a baby gay. i'm so happy that rgu defies that.

Tragically, I don't know enough about chess to say :') although I'll second Bishop for Min, a fairly powerful (I think?) piece that can only move in straight lines makes sense. The shippy answer would be that Ryujin is a Queen...

on another note, anyone catching on to the fact this chapter advanced the story in maybe seconds? lol time "jumped" around a lot and ultimately we're going to start next chapter earlier than we started this one

think about the lee family and how fucking tragic they all are. samin tries so hard to be nothing like sara by holding on to her humanity and her love. but in trying to keep sayeon close, she ends up limiting/suffocating her and ruining their relationship.
