Based on the zoochosis idea me and @the-crazy-echidna-lady had- (with sonknux and sticksamy and fankids bc ofc)

Also a lil context to the story:

Dr. Angelcake (a streamer bird of I created yesterday that I already love) is a legitimate doctor who specializes in taking care of citizens with zoochosis.

He runs a rehabilitation center for victims who have suffered zoochosis, mostly people who live in big cities or small secluded islands (like Sonic).

Sonic’s case is worse, considering his super speed, almost everywhere feels cramped or too small for him. Even a large island like seaside island.

this has been in my head fucking rent free. Bc it's BOOM after all of this Knuckles has to make a fourth wall break "I feel like I did my alternate universe countparts justice" bc in my aus where he's not trans he has Rouge or Shadow ripping his fucking hands out of their sockets. Each Knuckles from my aus feels a bit of "I feel justice served. Ah yes, and it's against Sonic >:)"
