HAPPY   OPENING,   MY   LOVES  !      please   check   the   #ww   channel   on   the   server   to   see   our �� first   gossip   drop !      you’ll   have   to   read   it   to   find   out   winking   witch’s   first   victim(s),   but   to   sum   up   what’s   going   down   for   the   characters   first   week   back    :    they   arrived   to   school   by   way   of   the  hogwarts   express   &   enjoyed   the   welcome   feast;   the   next   morning   was   the   official   start   of   term   &   students   begrudgingly   went   to  class;   come   mid - morning,   their   lessons   were   interrupted   when   every   student   was   suddenly   compelled   to   pick   up   their   quills   &   write   words   that   weren’t   their   own;   enter   the   winking   witch   &   her   hot   pink   ink;   as   soon   as   her   last   word   touches   down,   the   ink   fades   out   of   existence   &   some   are   left   winded;   chaos   ensues,   as   professors   valiantly   attempt   to   quiet   everyone   down;   it’s   a   joke,   they   say   -   elaborate   &   cruel,   but   a   prank   nonetheless;   some   believe   them,   some   don’t,   the   whole   school   won’t   shut   up   for   the   rest   of   the   day   either   way;   come   sundown,   the   halls   thin   out   &   so   does   the   chatter;   come   midnight,   upperclassmen   slink   out   of   their   beds   &   to   the   lake,   where   a   bonfire   is   hiding   behind   a   magical   veil,   spelled   to   keep   out   staff;   more   chaos   ensues;   the   next   day,   people   attempt   to   recover   from   both   the   secrets   revealed   &   vicious   hangovers;   the   day   after   that,   a   daily   prophet   article   announces   a   coming   change   to   hogwarts    :    dumbledore   resigns,   secretary   riddle   to   replace   headmaster.      fun  !      the   writing   period   for   the   first   week   back   will   last   until   nov.   27    (  you   can   find   our   rp'ing   schedule   in   the   server  ),   &   you   may   write   anywhere   within   the   timeline   of   the   first   week,   which   lasts   until   sept.  7   in - game.     if   you   have   any   questions,   please   feel   free   to   reach   out   to   me !     there   mayyyyy   be   a   few   extra   things   dropping   because   y’all   deserve   to   be   spoiled,   but   that’ll   be   coming   in   the   next   few   days.      for   now,   happy   writing  !!!!!
