The Crowning of Fingolfin artwork #49 for Tolkien Reverse Summer Bang 2025 (TRSB25) - pls use this link for a higher quality. (unfortunately my technology skills are next to non-existent, but also, it is sort of my fault for using a ridiculous sized canvas)

My wonderful authour is @queerofthedagger and the companion fic to this artwork will be released on AO3′s TRSB 2025, public viewing avaliable from August 30th and onwards. 

First TRSB ever! I’m a new comer to this event (and the Silmarillion fandom) but all of you have been ever so lovely and supporting.

This is my first year entering an art piece for the TRSB! I recently got a Tolkien themed cook book and was really tempted to try out one of the recipes, hence this creation was made!

A lovely illustration of Balin and Thorin - for TRSB 2025

Here is my first contribution as an artist for @tolkienrsb TRSB 2025! [Slide #81] Featuring Balin and Thorin, one of my favorite relationships in the films, Balin is one of Thorin’s closest confidantes, as the Old Warrior advisor and father figure.

Looking forward to reading @wavewright62 's fanfic inspired by this art. It will be posted in the AO3 collection on September 6th! 🍻

A fantastic cosplay of Maglor and Galadriel - for TRSB 2025

A Second Chance

The time of the Elves has come to an end, and Galadriel reaches out to Maglor one last time, just before they make the final journey across the sea.

I had this cosplay photo taken of my Maglor and my friend @moodrose's Galadriel at Katsucon 2025, and we managed to get set up just in time for the sunset! The rocky shore outside the convention center was absolutely gorgeous and perfect for this shot. This was a last-minute idea I had, but it really paid off, because we knew this photo would be perfect for @tolkienrsb, leaving plenty of room for the author to develop Maglor and Galadriel's relationship. Look forward to reading @starspray's amazing fic when the collection goes live on Sept. 6!

Faded Charcoal Sketch

This is my second piece for @tolkienrsb, and it pictures a drawing I made on a charred, dead tree using charcoal found in the grass near the base of it. I'm very excited to read @silmalope's fic inspired by this photo on September 6!!

Downhill Trek

This is my first piece for @tolkienrsb, one of the photos I took of a natural arch on a steep hill that I hiked down with slippery grass and no tethers. It was an adventure to say the least XD I'm very excited to read @tethysresort's fic inspired by this photo on September 6!!

Art Slide 88: I Abandon Here My Love was the second of my pieces for @tolkienrsb this year! Featuring Maedhros rending his soul in order to become a more perfect leader of his people. Art done in micron fineliners, watercolor pencil, and black and orange ink for the "blood splatters".

It got picked up by the lovely @bad-writer, and I’m so excited for everyone to see the finished fic on September 6th!

Gorgeous cosplay for TRSB 2025

Resonance

No one can resist the allure of the One Ring... Sauron's finest and most terrible creation.

Here's one of my art pieces for TRSB 2025! This cosplay photo set was so evocative, I was wondering what I could use it for, and then I realized that @tolkienrsb would be a perfect fit. The circlet and halo crown were made by me; the circlet has an Eye of Sauron design and the halo crown lights up. This is one of my favorite cosplays and I'm so overjoyed to share it as part of TRSB!

Fantastic drawing of Maeglin and the Green Knight - for TRSB 2025

Art Slide 75: Sir Maeglin and the Green Knight was the first of my pieces for @tolkienrsb this year! Featuring Maeglin, Idril, and Tuor all set in the story of Sir Gawain and the Green Knight. Art done in micron fineliners, watercolor pencil, and pearlescent white ink for the pearls on the hairnet.
