“i still don’t understand the thing with caroline, if i’m being honest.”  stefan shook his head.  “she was always one of my closest friends, but i don’t remember ever having any romantic feelings for her.  i guess things really do change if they’re given the chance.”  a quick nod when klaus mentioned that time worked differently here.  “i have a daughter here, so i know that time works differently.  she’s nineteen…. she should have been born in 1864.”

“I understand it perfectly,” he said. After all he had never hidden his feelings for Caroline and while he had hoped they would find their way to each other, he hoped that Stefan would take care of Caroline. But it seemed just like Klaus himself, they had both left her. “After all, who wouldn’t fall for her,” he asked. “Well i know nothing about a child on your side, but i suppose if she died and was brought here, then that is possible. Or I suppose this place could be some kind of prison world, or alternative after life that people are brought too. Either way, she is here and you are here. Seems we all are.”

he hadn’t really thought much about what year it was.  “well… i’ve been here for three years, i guess the other side was destroyed in 2012, so that would make it 2015….. right?”  stefan’s shoulders slumped forward when klaus told him he’d been in new orleans after the other side had been destroyed.  “you know, you’re the second person who has told me that i was alive after the other side was destroyed.”

“Well then you should have listened to them,” he said. “I died in 2026 saving my daughter’s life and that was at least a decade after you had sacrificed yourself. As dear Caroline brought up when she gave me some of your old clothes. As for how long you have been here, well... I suspect that time works differently here.”

“the afterlife?”  stefan rose a brow.  “i don’t think this is the afterlife.  i mean… i was on the other side, and then…. well it was destroyed and i wound up here.”  stefan shook his head, “besides, aren’t you unable to be killed or something?  why would you think that you’re in the afterlife?”

Klaus looked Stefan over for a moment. “And what year exactly do you think it is,” he questioned the other. “Given i recall you living long after the other side was destroyed. In fact you turned up in new orleans looking for help, running from a hunter some time after the other side nonsense was over.”

crouching on the ground, stefan glanced around, before tugging at the wire that he’d almost stepped on.  a sound from nearby drew his attention, and his head snapped up from his position, almost causing him to spring the trap on himself.  “careful.”  he held up a hand, gesturing to the trip wire.  “this thing almost took off my foot.”

about your character.

how long has your character been on the island? how are they going to handle being stuck on obsidian cove? where is your character pulled from?

he turned up just a day ago, appearing on the island after he died with elijah. so honestly he is thinking this is some kind of after life. though the fact that elijah isn’t with him will freak him out. 

do you have any wanted connection or plots, that you would like see taken?

he wants all his family here, first and for most. even henrik because i feel like that’s some painful drama, and because i have never had the drama of it but ansel and ansel’s wife because i feel like he deserves to have people in his life that could love him like a werewolf pack. 

maybe one or more of the hybrids that he turned in tvd and that were likely killed either by stefan/damon or klaus himself 

also like caroline, because i love them.
