I'm also a baby Druid so I don't know if I can really help, but I'm in the same boat. What I do is, if I have lots of energy I can read my Druidry book and take notes and do the exercises and whatnot… When I have less energy I just read my book without taking notes or doing any of the exercises… When my energy levels are very low I can't even read my book, and that's been the case for a few weeks lately. But the most important thing for me, when it comes to Druidry, is time spent in nature. I don't live in the countryside but I do take short walks every day somewhere in my neighborhood where there's a bit more plants than elsewhere. Another thing that's important to my practice is learning about nature – so even if I can't leave the house, I can do research or watch documentaries… And another thing, that has less to do with the natural world I suppose and more to do with creativity, as a Bard, is learning songs. Playing instruments is very energy-consuming for me, but singing isn't. I don't know how similar or different our paths are, so I don't know if this is helpful, but, here! I hope you have a nice day, I'm also looking forward to having more spoons to practice more, we'll get there!

One thing I've been unable to do lately is be outside, so I think you're right on that. Being stuck indoors disconnects us from our earth, and (at least for me) being out in nature makes me feel a little closer to it.

If you don't mind my asking, what book do you have? Following some exercises sounds helpful lol

Hey guys! Been a while since I've been on here but I've had some life stuff to deal with. Still dealing. I just wanted to see if anyone had any tips for finding time to practice. I read recently about being a "spoonie", and while I've always viewed my currency of capability as stones rather than spoons, the metaphor is still the same. Life has been pretty draining lately and I just don't have the stones/spoons to keep up.

TL;DR, I feel invalid as a druid-witch because I don't have the energy to practice at all. What are some small steps I can take to help with this?
