hi everyone! so after a lot of thought, i have decided to make a new blog @laceyhearts which means i will no longer be updating or posting my work on this blog.

i just wanted to say thank you to everyone who has supported me not only on this blog but on my old blog as well and i hope you will continue to support me on the new one. if we are moots on here, i would love to continue to be moots on the new blog!

as for this blog, wondrstruk, and the new blog, i have more of an explanation on what's happening here! i didn't want to drone on too long on this post so i made a more in-depth explanation on the new blog.

i know it's random and sudden and in short i just needed a refresh, but once again, thank you to everyone who has supported me, and i hope to see you guys over there! if you have any questions, you know where to find me.

i’m still working on getting all the posts up so don’t mind the occasional spam post :) and i know my posts are all gone on here but tomorrow all of the new main posts and all the old asks will be back up, along with wondrstruk!

umm so i really haven't thought too much about them in the pwhl yet! but i think that they'll be on separate teams for at least a couple years, which is hard because they've legit been on the same team since like 2018

"baby, we got practice." she ran her fingers through her hair.

"four kisses?"

"why four?" she laughed.

"because four's your number. and i figured it was much more reasonable to ask for four instead of fifteen."

ok well first dying to know what’s her theater studies concentration

like it looks like her acting concentration is musical theatre but theater studies idk

cause like is she a sm, tm, directing, writing, or dramaturg concentration i see her in maybe writing or dramaturgy but im curious what you think

also if her and paige met her third year that means spring semester mack would’ve been in london - what was that like for them cause like overseas pinning

how involved does paige get with the fine arts department after they get together

does mack drag her to all the non mainstage shows and stuff

what are mack’s dream roles and favorite roles she’s done in the past

oh i am set to answer all of these shut up!!

okay so yes her acting concentration is musical theater and for theater studies it's writing.

so yeah, paige and mack meet near the end of first semester but they don't see each other again until the end of the semester when mack is moving out of her dorm. so i wouldn't say they are exactly pining over each other during that time period but they know they want to see each other again.

paige wants to go everything mack is in even if it's a tiny minor role or even if she just helped out, she wants to go to it. mack does have the tendency to drag her to all the non mainstage shows anyway which she says she never wants to go but deep down she doesn't mind.

mack's dream role is to play dawn in waitress. she relates to her so much with the whole 'i've never had a boyfriend' thing and sticking to her 'facts and figures' and basically 'when he sees me'.

some of her favorite roles she's played are sophie in mamma mia, frenchy in grease, and janice in mean girls !

∞ PAIGE AND MAKAYLA

∞ HOW THEY GET TOGETHER

➪ paige and makayla met late in makayla’s junior year of college and paige’s ‘senior’ year

➪ it’s a common meet cute, an unexpected one

➪ she’s coming back from tech rehearsal and paige is coming back from hanging out with kk and azzi

➪ makayla has her headphones on and is mentally going over choreography despite being exhausted so she’s not really paying attention and her hand ends up hitting paige as they cross paths

➪ makayla is apologizing to no end, the only words falling from her mouth are ‘i’m so sorry, i wasn’t paying attention’

➪ paige shrugs her off in effortless fashion, almost having to beg her to stop apologizing 

➪ they exchange a few more words but that’s the end of the interaction and they part ways

➪ they meet each other again at the end of the school year, she’s moving out of her dorm and she’s close to dropping one of her totes so she’s once again not really paying attention and ends up backing into paige

➪ paige who then swoops in to help her carry the tote to her car and there they exchange numbers

➪ they text and call the whole summer, making plans to hang out once they get back to school

➪ they do hang out a lot throughout the school year until december when makayla starts to realize her feelings for paige

➪ she’s panicking because paige is one of the best friends she’s ever had and doesn’t want to lose the friendship but at the same time she’s never been good at keeping her feelings just feelings

➪ so slowly she starts to pull away from paige which she notices right away and is not having one bit of it

➪ paige doesn’t say that she knows she’s doing it all she does is start showing up at her dorm all the time or texting her constantly so she has no choice but to talk to her

➪ this works for a while until march madness comes which makes it easy for makayla to pull away fully

➪ it isn’t until after paige comes back that the two confess their feelings for each other

∞ THEIR RELATIONSHIP - BEFORE DATING

➪ before dating, paige and makayla are really close friends

➪ some people think they’re attached at the hip and when they say that both of them just shrug it off

➪ paige starts calling her mack early on in their friendship

➪ makayla at first is hesitant because that’s always been her dad’s nickname for her but for some reason each time paige says it it makes her heart flutter

➪ makayla calls her p all the time, she rarely calls her her name unless she’s ‘scolding’ her

➪ they wear each other’s clothes a lot, paige steals makayla’s bomber jackets and makayla is stealing her hoodies

➪ they text constantly, sometimes they have three different conversations going on; one in their texts, one on snapchat and one on instagram

➪ sending each other tiktoks and instagram reels is the definition of their relationship

➪ a lot of them will sit in each othe’rs drafts or their camera roll

➪ paige is always slinging an arm over her shoulder no matter where or when her arm is there

➪ they make sure they hang out at least once a week, sometimes it’s more but they always hang out once in a week

➪ makayla teaches her how to scrapbook/junk journal, albeit it doesn’t turn out the best she still teachers her

➪ and likewise, paige teachers her all about basketball, always somehow roping in watching a game when they’re together

∞ THEIR RELATIONSHIP - DATING

➪ paige’s nicknames for makayla: mack, sometimes kay, ma, and baby

➪ makayla’s nicknames for paige: p, paigey, baby

➪ when they first start dating, paige takes a couple of her bandanas and keeps them at her place, and can sometimes be seen wearing one tied around her wrist

➪ they aren’t all that affectionate in public or around other people, it’s usually just them holding hands or a hand on the other’s hip, or paige’s arm slung around makayla’s shoulder

➪ but when it’s just the two of them whole other story

➪ makayla will usually find her place in paige’s lap, paige’s arms around her waist or her hands on her hips, her thumbs tracing circles on her skin

➪ paige will sometimes help makayla with lyrics

➪ she’s at first hesitant to let her see them because she’s never thought they were good but paige is quick to prove her wrong

➪ their favorite thing to do together is to just hangout and lounge around

➪ it doesn’t have to be anything elaborate or special, staying in and cuddling while watching a movie is perfect to them

➪ makayla will definitely make paige watch musicals and plays with her

➪ the first time they watch waitress together paige thinks something happened because makayla will start crying when ‘you matter to me’ comes on

➪ paige loves to hear her sing and will often ask her to sing something, it never really matters what it is

➪ they do a lot more tiktoks now that they can do all the couple ones, they both have had ones saved they wanted to do with each other

∞ THE BASICS

➪ her close friends and her family call her kayla

➪ for as long as she can remember she has loved theater and musicals

➪ her first ever musical that callie took her too was the sound of music

➪ her favorite musical is waitress because she relates to dawn a lot and she loves the songs, specifically ‘when he sees me’ and ‘you matter to me’

➪ she has so many playbills saved in a box her dad made her

➪ besides theater and musicals, she loves history, a huge history nerd

➪ she does write some songs but it’s mostly just short things and random lyrics that sit in one of her many journals, she would never record them and put them out for people to hear

➪ she does play the piano and even has her own keyboard in her room back at her home in nyc

➪ going back to the organizing thing, she loves to organize and often finds herself asking her dad to mess things up just so she can organize them again, especially if she’s stressed

➪ she’s never had a boyfriend or a girlfriend for that matter

➪ she first she realized she liked girls in eighth grade when she realized the feelings she heard her friends talking about that they had for guys she had for her best friend, taylor

➪ her and taylor never dated, taylor did like her but makayla was too scared to do anything about it and so was taylor

➪ this is a common theme throughout her relationships, she’s never had trouble liking someone or finding someone attractive, she’s worried that they won’t like her back which ultimately leads to her hiding her feelings and pushing them aside

➪ not because it was her birthday of course, but because of valentine’s day

➪ as much as she loves love and loves watching musicals about it and whatnot, she can’t stand everyone flaunting their relationships

➪ has very short attention span unless you put a musical in front of her

➪ watching a 12 minute youtube video? nope. watching an hour and a half basketball game? nope. watching an almost three hour musical? yes

➪ she has glasses but she rarely wears them, she prefers her contacts
