Asking the LI's to paint their nails!

Gender neutral!Reader

Rafayel:

The moment you ask him his eyes sparkle with excitement.

He agrees, obviously, but he wants to choose the colors!

Bonding time with MC? Basically having his love hold his hand while carefully focusing on making him even prettier?? He'd never say no.

You guys are sitting on his couch, first hand on your lap while a beautiful deep magenta finds its place onto his nails.

His gaze is focused on your expression. Focused, concentrated but filled with care.

A soft smile is on his face the whole time.

Once you've done your work he demands a kiss on his hand too, like a noble lady he holds his hand out to you!

“I've stayed still for so long and let you do this to my nails. I think I deserve a reward for my efforts.”

With a pout on his plumb lips he waits for you to comply and the moment you do you light up his world.

Safe to say this becomes a new quality time for both of you. Sometimes you'll even switch it up and let him paint your nails. He'll choose the color though!

Zayne:

With a defeated sigh he agrees to your request, after you've almost begged him to let you paint his nails a nice baby blue.

“You will have to remove it for me before the weekend ends. Hospital protocol does not allow any kind of nail polish or other chemicals to be worn during work.”

He complains but still ends up watching you with pure devotion as you carefully take a hold of his scarred hands.

As the TV runs in the background he tries not to just stare at you but he can't help himself from thinking just how cute you look right now.

Also how happy you are he even agreed to this.

Even though he didn't plan to stare he studies the little twitches on the corner of your mouth and the subtle movement of your eyes, how your lips move into a pout when it seems to get a bit tricky for you.

After that day you guys don't really do this again very often but sometimes he does indulge in your ideas again, even helps you paint your nails sometimes, his hands steady and precise, as expected from him.

Sylus:

With a grin that looks more like a smug smirk to the untrained eye he agrees.

He didn't even think much of the request.

Making his love happy is where his focus is.

While he sits comfortably in his favourite armchair you find yourself sitting on the armrest, one of Sylus' arms always behind you to help keep you balanced.

He doesn't even hide the way his gaze doesn't waver from your face, a self satisfied expression fixed onto his face.

“You chose the color well..Red will go with many of my outfits. Oh? No, I'll keep it on for as long as I can preserve it. It was you who made me into art after all.”

The whole process is in no minute silent as Sylus keeps finding something to tease you about or to ramble on about.

Not that you mind it but it does distract you from your current task which makes you mess up more often than not..

Once you've painted all the nails you planned to clean up the edges you messed up on, but he pulls away his hands, not wanting you to ruin what you've given him.

It becomes a routine that he lets you do whatever your heart desires with him. May it be a spa day or even make up. As long as he can tease you he doesnt mind being your plaything.

Caleb:

He basically jumped with excitement when you asked him!

He led you over to the bathroom himself to grab all the nail polish you own so you guys can get started.

Nostalgia was hitting him hard as you grabbed the bright orange color with a grin.

“You still have that one? You bought a new one? Oh, you must have waited for this opportunity to pipsqueak! Let's just hope you do a better job than you did years ago.”

Both of you exchanged memories from the past as you gently applied the nail polish, feeling like kids again when you used to try all kinds of things on Caleb first before doing them yourself.

The process is filled with soft laughter and chuckles, both of you secured in an embrace of soft warmth at the thought of the past.

He actually can't keep still at all, always moving around, a bit nervous at your touch, itching for more.

At your complaints asking him to stop being so silly he tries his best to keep his composure but isn't able to do so for very long.

Now he teases you for messing up when it's clearly his fault!

On bad days you two come back to this silly exchange. Finding much needed comfort in the closeness, the fun and the nostalgia. It sometimes feels even more intimate than a hug does.

Xavier:

At first he didn't think much of it so he simply agreed because he knew you'd enjoy this kind of quality time, but soon found himself enjoying it as well, more than expected.

You sat on his lap as you painted his nails a beautiful lavender color, his head leaning onto yours.

The whole time his hair tickles you but no matter how much you swatt him away to back off a bit he just brings you even closer.

Once you've finished the first coat he had the courage to request a, hopefully, simple design.

Two stars, white or yellow (he didn't care that much) right besides each other.

“They are like us. I'll have a symbol of our love on me for everyone to see. Maybe you should paint your nails like this too..”

Maybe it was a cute moment or just his jealous tendencies peaking through but you agreed anyway.

And so you ended up painting your own nails now as well, him telling you he'd like you to teach him this art so he can do it for you next time.

His eagerness turned this interaction into a little tradition. Now you both try out new colors and simple designs every month, together nestled on the sofa.

Uses study sessions to fill in your free time so you only have time for her (as you should) but you guys end up cuddling in the end anyway

Doesn't like to get her hands dirty AT ALL but for you even Miss Karen Pretty Girl Wheeler will fuck any bitch up that even dares to look at you for too long🥰
