Comrade Platon S Plakar jr is a Liberian and an Educator, Student, Writer and an activist. he was born on August 15, 1994 in Gbarnga City, Bong County with his parent Pastor Plakar P. Plakar father and Martina Plakar Mother. he is the founde of two student organization Shcolars of hope foundation, Children of Hope foundation, and General secretary of CEED - LIberia.
