Made a new Sonnie’s Edge Monster because I felt like making a more mammilian (if that’s the right word) type beastie!

Meet Apex! I’d been working on him for quite a while but thought it might be nice to finally finish him up! He’s mainly inspired by animals like Rottweilers, saber toothed cats, armadillos, and pangolins with a hint of frilled lizard!

I’ve got another beastie in the works who’s meant to be a bit of a more amphibian type creature, but we’ll see where it goes!

I’M NOT DEAD I WAS JUST RELAXING FROM FINALS

I’m kinda stuck on where I wanna go with my Airachnid design so I decided to take a small break from drawing her so I don’t burn myself out and destroy the piece of paper I’m sketching her on 😭

But anyway I was lookin back at Stormbreaker and I realized that her design, although I loved it, was a bit lack luster and didn’t really LOOK like a true transformer. I asked a few of my friends what they thought her alt-mode was and none of them could give me a concrete answer.

So I just tidied up her design and made her look like she could actually transform into her alt mode, which is supposed to be a Cybertronian tank! I took a lot of inspo from characters like Tarn and Shockwave and I’m honestly a lot happier with her new complete design!

This has LITERALLY gotta be the fastest I’ve ever completed a design for anything ever lmao

I REALLY hope the D-Rex is a decent antagonist because (besides the Spino in JW3 and the Scorpios in Camp Cretaceous) the Indominus was lowkey peak and I have yet to see any dino that could top her menacing presence. I had such high hopes for the Indoraptor and the Giganotosaurus 😞

Anywhizzle here is my headshot of the D-Rex! I gave her the name Zero (but with an X to make it look cool lmao) in reference to the theories that the D-Rex was “Patient Zero” and the first attempt at a T-Rex and was SUPPOSED to be Rexy (the T-Rex in the first JP)

But she’s called Thing on paper because that’s what she is. Just a lil thingy. A cutie patootie of horrifyingly eldritch appearance 🥰

I am so fucking hype to see the full amalgamation in action when Rebirth comes out in July!

Observations:

Subject 1307 has been deemed a success, her progress post-op being her “saving grace”. Subject has gained enhanced physical reflexes and an extremely strong sense of smell/hearing, impressively retaining full cognitive/neurological function and awareness. Able to recognize people, Subject can’t (or perhaps won’t) speak, always replying in growls/huffs or nodding/shaking her head in reply.

Behavior-wise, 1307 has proven to be no different from the original Subject K with a smart, compassionate, and strong-headed personality. Subject refuses to respond to birth name, so staff have resorted to calling her “Skrunkly,” a nickname given to her by other children, the only word Subject responds to. Subject K was a leader-figure amongst the children as the oldest we’ve had (17 years of age when Subject was chosen), being looked up to and admired by the young ones. Subject K was fiercely protective of the children, always breaking up fights and checking on those who awoke from night terrors. An optimal choice for the Project, Dr. Sawyer stated. Had she not been chosen I would’ve liked to bring her onto the staff once she aged out.

Subject sometimes refuses to take orders or do as told (regardless of threats of starvation, beatings, or otherwise), but will resign when threatened with being kept away from the children. Subject grows mildly hostile when higher ranking employees approach, growling and chirping when a child is taken to The Game Station. Approach with caution when speaking to or interacting with Subject 1307.

Forgot to post this Xenomorph Fakémon I made while in the hospital just last year! This one in particular is based off Specimen 6!

Meet Xenomors, the Festering Pokémon! The name is a combo of the obvious Xenomorph name and the latin word for death or disease, ‘mors’.

Type: Poison/Dark

Size: 5’3”

Base Stats:

- Health: 75

- Attack: 82

- Defense: 66

- Sp. Attack: 98

- Sp. Defense: 85

- Speed: 120

Total: 441

Unique Ability: Horde’s Hive

Xenomors are known to be extremely dangerous and volatile Pokémon, tolerating no breathing beings other than that of their fellow Xenomors’. They live in hive-mind type of gatherings, with a single hive having hundreds to thousands of Xenomors.

Xenomors are highly intelligent and sharp-minded, having no reservations on attacking and killing other Pokémon and their trainers completely unprovoked. They obey the commands of their much larger and fiercer ‘Queen’, known as a Xenomonamori, and in each hive that exists there is at least one. If you think a Xenomors is aggressive and territorial, then a Xenomonamori is straight up vindicitve and cruel, being observed to ‘play’ with and torture its target prey before consumption and digestion.

Xenomors are famous for having acidic saliva and blood, a defensively offensive biological component that many say makes them even more dangerous when dead than alive. They’re also extremely agile and stealthy, employing complex hunting patterns and techniques that allow them to corner and conquer their prey with ease. Coupled with their hard shell-like armor and scythe-like tail tip, a Xenomors is one of the most lethal and violent Pokémon.

The offspring of death and disease themselves, a Xenomors is to be avoided at all costs. If you ever see one, just know there is NEVER just one, and you’re already dead. Should you ever come into close contact with one, hide and prey it shows you mercy.

Hey so do ya’ll remember that bat Pokémon I made a while back…

I was revisiting previous character designs in case they needed updates when I realized that I did in fact not like my ‘final’ design for her, so I decided to fix her design to look more like a stand-alone legendary and not a regional Noivern!

So, without further ado…

Meet Phantazotz, the Grim Pokémon! Her name is a combination of ‘phantom’ and ‘Camazotz’, the Mayan Bat God of Death and the main inspo for her design and lore!

Type: Ghost/Dragon

Size: 25’

Base Stats:

Unique Ability: Final Breath

The embodiment of the state of being between Life and Death, Phantazotz is a noble Pokémon who tries to appear approachable despite her otherworldly aura. Legends speculate that only those who prove themselves to be worthy in a near-death battle get to see her and that, should a champion ever win, Phantazotz may deem their soul worthy and righteous, blessing them with gifts of ancient knowledge about the ties between mortality and immortality, but punishing those who fall short with a fate worse than death. As none who have ever ventured to find Phantazotz in seek of her knowledge returned, none can confirm nor deny the rumors.

In reality Phantazotz is a guardian of the dead, forever flying throughout the night skies and making it her onus to find the lost souls of Pokémon and their trainers who have been long forgotten so that they can be taken through ‘The Veil’ to a paradise where spirits can reunite and rest. She dutifully watches over and guards every spirit she rescues and treats every soul she meets with a kind and gentle reverence. Legends further corroborate that should she die, The Veil would shatter, and the worlds of the Dead and the Living would collide, leaving the lost spirits to wander the mortal plane and the living to pass over into an eternal limbo of soulless comatose upon death.

Meet Stormbreaker (I know the drawing says Stormdancer but I forgot to change it IM SORRY)! She’s a Decepticon war general who was once a gladiator in the Pits of Kaon! She’s about 20 million years old and her alt mode is a Cybertronian tank!

She’s based in the Transformers Prime continuity and hopefully I’ll have her tank mode done soon so I can draw her in the MANY other Transformers continuities (there are so many guys I’m literally tweaking 😫)…

Her Voice Claim would be Amirah Vann as Sevika Glasc!

My first time posting a Fakémon (in a very long while lmao)

Meet Okapape, the Mimicry Pokémon! The name is a mixture of the animal Okapi and the word ‘ape’, which means to imitate the manner or behavior of something in an absurd way.

Type: Dark/Fairy

Size: 8’4”

Ability: Umbral Matrix

Okapape are a majority female Pokémon who choose to live mostly solitary lives in dense rainforests. Despite seeming to be lonely, Okapape are actually very friendly and curious Pokémon who often seek friendships outside of their own species! It’s not uncommon to see Okapape hanging out with other Equine Pokémon such as Zebstrika, Spectrier, Farigaraf, Xerneas, etc

Okapape are however, intially distrusting Pokémon, so in order to make friends, they will mass shift the stripes on their bodies to create illusions and mimic other Pokémon to have an easier time fitting in! Once an Okapape feels safe enough around their new friend, they will reveal themselves in their purest form as a sign of deep trust and respect for their companion.

But don’t mistake the Okapape’s light-hearted nature for meekness, they are more than capable and willing to fight should a threat arise, utilizing their shadowy stripes and mass shifting to create facial mimicry illusions in order to distract and confuse predators!

I took inspiration from things like Birch trees, Hanami Dango, Jawbreakers, and more for the design, so let me know what ya’ll think!
