Bacon-Shrimp Skewers Ingredients 1/2 fresh pineapple, peeled, cored and cut into 1/2-inch-thick chunks 16 jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined 8 slices bacon, cut in half crosswise 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
Directions
Soak 16 wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 400 ̊.
Place a chunk of pineapple on top of a shrimp, then wrap the whole thing in one of the half-slices of bacon. Stick a skewer through it to hold the pineapple, shrimp and bacon securely. Repeat to make more skewers, then lay them all on a wire rack set on a rimmed baking sheet. Brush generously with barbecue sauce on both sides.
Roast the skewers for 10 minutes. Brush with a second coat of barbecue sauce, turning the skewers as you place them back on the rack. Return to the oven and bake until the bacon is sizzling and the shrimp are cooked through, about 15 more minutes. Serve hot or at room temperature.

Questionnaire
1.) What is one thing you would change about your writing? *I would change the need to make it perfect every time I write something, i feel like if it isn't perfect, then no one is going to want to write with me. 2.) Do you have any people you look up to? *There are a few people that I have had the pleasure of writing with, that are so passionate about what they are writing, that it makes me in awe of their writing skills. 3.) What inspires your writing? *The people I write with. And myself, I tend to push the boundaries and try to write in ways I haven't before. 4.) Are there any rules you find difficult, grammatically speaking? *I really don’t try to make rules when it comes to writing. 5.) Do you prefer long or short sentences? Why? *Depends on the storyline, something something short works just as well as something that would be longer. And sometimes, you just ain’t really in the mood for long sentences so the short ones work wonders. 6.) Do you enjoy your own writing, why or why not? *This is a heard question, I happen to be my worst critic. So sometimes I enjoy my writing, and other times I feel like it could be better. 7.) What is your biggest insecurity in writing? *That I don't know if my writing is really putting out what I am trying to make it say. 8.) What is the one thing you’re the proudest of in your writing? *Stepping outside my comfort zone and doing something I normally wouldn't do. And seeing that I can in fact do it. 9.) Are you someone who prefers a lot of paragraphs, or a few? *It all depends, sometimes I get into the story and the paras just come out, and others all it takes is just a few paras to make the story go. 10.) Novella, yay or nay, and why? *Nah, I will novelist write if I need to, but to me, novella writing puts way to much pressure on the other person you are writing with. 11.) How do you feel about one on one para? *One on one para is always a good thing, it helps not only develop not only your character but also it helps to form the storyline/connection. 12.) If you had the chance to meet a fictional character IRL, who and why? *This is a hard question to answer. There is a few i would love to meet one day. 13.) Are there any characters that make you uncomfortable? *Nope, not at all. 14.) What are your preferences in characters? *I go for the ones with a warm personality, someone that i can be myself with. I don't like jerks, characters that think they are better than everyone else. 15.) Do you prefer troubled or mundane characters, why? *Depends on the character. Somethings mundane could be boring. 16.) Do you believe that characters can be redeemed? *Yes i do. There is good in everyone, even if they have been troubled in the past. 17.) What are the biggest turn-offs in characters, what do you not like? *The ones who look down on everyone else, who thinks they are best like their shit dont stink. 18.) What is the biggest turn-on in characters, what do you like? *When someone can just be themselves, no matter what anyone else thinks. They know who they are and wont let anyone treat them like crap. 19.) What kind of character would you have been, if you were a piece of fiction? *Xander would of been the villain of the story
. 20.) Who is your favorite character and why? *Xander is my favorite. Writing him, and seeing him coming together/
