Why are we tearing down sapphic creators when we gotta stick together and support them. The logic is baffling

Isn't that wild? This sort of thing happens in most sapphic fandom spaces eventually. I could write and write and write about all the intriguing societal reasons I think there may be for it. But the thing is, I won't. Because no matter what I say or how nicely I say it, I know my words will be twisted into something unrecognizably and cartoonishly evil by the end. And I'm far from the only one of us who has thought about making something authentic and reflective of my own experiences as a queer woman and then decided "hm on second thought, better not." And that's kind of the crux of it all.

It used to be up to the patriarchy to scare sapphics into silence, but like anything in late-stage capitalism, it's been outsourced. There are a ton of young and aspiring creators out there who are watching queer fandom spaces devour sapphic creators (and creators of sapphic media in general) for fun and clout. And they're learning that it's just not worth it to be the tallest poppy in the field. It's better to be as small as possible and do what you can to keep your own happiness, creative fulfilment be damned. Isn't that the opposite of what we all want? All I can say is, if you're a creator in your heart and you have a story to tell, just be brave and tell it anyway. It can be disappointing and even heartbreaking at times, to be cast as a moral degenerate by your own community, for clicks and follows. To watch strangers just outright lie about the things you've said and even think inside your own head, because it's more interesting for them to imagine you to be a fucking war criminal than a normal person sitting at their wobbly desk in cat-fur-covered sweat pants. But no one remembers them in the end. Or you, really. Only the story. Whups. I appear to have written and written and written just like I said I wouldn't, lmao. Someone get the weedwhacker.

LETS STOP HARASSMENT AGAISNT RED AND FLYNN ON THIS FANDOM.

I've been on the Nevermore fandom since 2022, practically when the comic was a few days old only.

Since then, I've been an active participant on the Discord server, and a Patreon till this day. At the begining, since we were a small group, everything was been fine; a lot of positivy, nice artworks, a lot of good vibes.

But since last year, a little group with a ton of bad faith and too much free time thought that it was a nice idea to start making the creators lifes a living hell over lies, missunderstandments and just childish behaviors. This has come so far to the point that its untolerable and I'm not going to stay silent about it.

Nobody has the right to judge, mistreat, insult or invade anyones personal lives, personal believes. Nobody is allowed to twist words, intentions, or mark them as a personal attack to themselves.

Red and Flynn are two great creators, who are hones to themselves, to this fandom and to their art, and have done no harm whatoever to anyone. They do NOT support or do any of the things that malicious people have been trying to spread, and they DO NOT deserve ANY KIND OF HARASSMENT ONLINE OR REAL LIFE.

Since today I'm NOT going to stay quiet over this nasty behavior, and be sure that since today I'm going tobe here like Annabel Lee, girlbossing your asses back to where you guys should be, in the dumpster.

Little announcement, all! Nevermore will be going on a short summer break. Flynn and I have made the controversial decision to go outside and see the sun. But never fear, I'll burn immediately, remember why I don't go out there, and then we'll be set 'til next summer! Keep an eye on our socials for an official return date, but it should be in time for September. Which is good because September is basically spooky season, basically. "Rococo" So, this was our first idea for pride month, but the concept got kind of weird and obscure. We ended up finishing it regardless, because we contend that it is a vibe, your honor. I figure y'all won't complain. The working title of this piece was "Poor Fool, He Makes Me Laugh (Ha Ha Ha)", if you know you know and if you don't, well then you can't judge me for my taste in musicals, can you?

NEVER HAVE I DRAWN FANART SO FAST ever since I read the episode this morning I knew I wanted to redraw that scene cause omg ??? half dead will just holding onto monty and kissing him like it's his dying wish, you can tell he's using all his courage to do that, also the way monty is so surprised - i just wonder what he's thinking, if he's thinking anything.

Anyways yes here's my little fanart of the whole thing I nearly gave up on it halfway but I'm actually pleased with the result ?? I added some extra blood cause idk i wanted to. And the little quote because it just summarizes the whole thing perfectly, will is doing that because he has to know, and before it's too late.

Also I don't think this will is a clone, I'm thinking he might be able to share/transfer his conscience to his clones so that they're all him or something like that. I might change a few things on this drawing and repost the final version later but for now here it is
