I feel really bad for male idols who are only acknowledged for their bodies. EXO’s Xiumin and BTS’s Jimin are more than just abs. It makes me mad when I see people who talk about how they miss Jimin’s abs, or how Xiumin suddenly became super hot because he got abs. There is more to an idol than their bodies, and although I’m glad that you’ve noticed these attributes about them, you should try to acknowledge a little more than what hey carry under their shirts.

what it feels (to break a heart)

He sees the world spinning before him at twelve in the morning, after finishing two bottles of beer which taste like guilt mixed with lots of regret. He mumbles her name before vomiting the already broken pieces of his heart. His fists land on uneven walls, punching and pounding as if the bruises on his knuckles will bring her back. Life doesn't work that way, and love doesn't agonize over the little things he does anymore. He staggers on the sidewalk, stepping on cracks that resemble the wounds he caused her. The scent of her in his room stays the same as he frequented bars, moping with other broken souls. He's an idiot. Stupid. Dumb. He sees the world a little differently now. Love gets tired of forgiving, love gets tired of waiting and love gets tired of crying at seven in the morning in front of her friends. Love isn't a punching bag which absorbs all pain and doesn't fight back. He rests his back on the cold wall, closes his eyes as he feels anger gushing through his veins. He's angry at himself for planting a slap on her face instead of soft kisses and gentle caresses. He's going to wish her happiness that he failed to give.

what it feels like (to get your heart broken)

Her heart tightens as she hears echoes of his voice reverberating in her room he used to visit. Time has come when food is seen as more than just what serve its purpose, but also a company; a thing she stuffs in her mouth to muffle the sobs that threaten to make sound. She's been in a long pause. A halt. A lull. She hears her mom shouting 'come out' in between consecutive knocks. She hears her younger sister pleading her nicely to come out, take a deep breath and look at the world still revolving even if things had changed. Everything is susceptible to change. Her lungs feel like exploding. Every time she inhales, her chest expands to the size of her broken soul; a soul broken beyond repair. Her room that is once her safe haven betrays her at the last second. It is once the crib of their growing love, the witness to every sweet words that came out from his sweet-talking mouth. Her palms are hurting, digging the skin with her long, red-painted nails as she curls her fists in to a ball. Though she likes physical pain more; it has a cure. Emotional pain has nothing but pain attached to it; pain that's meant to last for quite a long time. She grits her teeth, veins showing because of anger. But she is strong, she is. What's happening to her is normal for someone who had undergone such immense feeling. She'll get through it.
