Joker Kisses Batman

Apparently in 1994 there was a Batman Adventures comic that you could mail in order that came personalized. I never even knew about this comic. They now sale for a pretty high price online. I can’t find anywhere to read it for free and it sounds like a basic kid’s comic. Batman and you have to save the Gotham Independence Day Festival from Penguin, Catwoman and the Joker. The thing that caught my eye about this comic is what I found in a LGBTQ Representation Comic Reddit thread. Apparently in this comic Joker dressed as Uncle Sam gives Batman a full kiss on the mouth. I have looked for panels but, I can’t find them and the Reddit Thread was from a long time ago. I was wondering if anyone had this and if they could confirm and share the kiss panel. I feel like if this is true it’s actually meant as a huge middle finger to Warner Bro’s who had Dini invent Harley so Joker wouldn’t look “Gay”. It’s kind of like a protest against gay erasure in a way. If anyone has any info on this I would appreciate it.

istg it pisses me off so much when people say that they only ship batjokes if it's in Lego form

like, guys, there is literal DECADES of batjokes content. decades of queer coding and implications and love confessions. I don't care if you don't ship it in general, but you have to admit that no other two characters in DC have been this heavily shipped by authors before.

The only reason that it's not canon yet is bc of the homophobic nightmare legacy DC has. Scott Snyder has gone on record multiple times to say that they are gay. Just take a look at Death of The Family (the special edition that's from Joker's perspective) or Sean Murphy's White Knight.

Ship all or none. The only reason that the Lego Batman has such good Batjokes content is because of their dynamic in every other comic EVER. Sure, Joker is much less of a threat in the Lego Batman Movie, but the reason that any of his interactions with Bats are based off of past DC content. (i.e. "What about that time with the two boats," "This is better than the two boats", Alfred listing all of Bruce's past mental breakdowns, etc...)

Sorry about the rant I'm just sick of it.
