After our last meeting with Elderly before Easter, we realized that what we would like to transmit, is the feeling of getting to know those incredible souls.
We decided to create an exhibition that would make people get to know the Elderly.
So we started designing and brainstorming.

We started designing a potential website on which potential potcasts could exist and where the advices and stories of the Elderly could be told.

We designed small booklets after each gathering to inform the Elderly about the evolution of the project and to have their opinion and their approval on how their words and intentions were transmitted.

We have only one month left before the end of the project,
We just started recording the answer the Elderly,
They are enjoying it so much and so are we !
We are still unsure about the outcome of the project but are starting to have some interesting ideas.

We are training with the Redbridge center, meeting regularly with the Elderly to get to know them better.
We are meeting a group of 10 person, 4 times a week.

The Redbridge center, cares for carers; people who are also caring for someone else in their family, someone sick, ill, handicaped ...
We decided to focus on the subject of love and relationships and ask the Elderly to share their experience and their stories.
We gathered questions from youngsters (age 12 to 25) about struggles and problemes they have in their love life, and asked the elderly to advise them.
We thought it would be amazing to have this chain of caring; The Elderly are helping someone in there family, the Redbridge center is helping them, We would be helping the Elderly and the Center, and the Elderly would again be helping the yougnsters and us in our project.

Milda and I both felt very strongly about the subject.
I personally have a very strong bond with my grandparents; they are my best friend. Working to give elderly that are left alone a voice would be an amazing project.
