You know what I fucking hate about New Years? 

All the goshdamn posts wishing for a “stress-free” year, or a year that’s only filled with self-love and whatever the fuck is cute and inspirational. It’s ridiculous. It’s fucking ridiculous because we’re goshdamn young adults and there won’t ever be a “stress-free” year. There will be good years and bad years, but if you’re hoping for a goshdamn “glow-up” like how you see in social media, then you’re in for a real goshdamn trip, because everything on social meda is warped. An unworldly, normal citizen will probably look like shit in comparison to all that is on social media. 

Furthermore, this just shows how bratty we are as a generation. We’re a generation of selfish and spoiled people. I’m not excluding myself at all. I know very well how I am. 

So, fuck New Years. If we didn’t even have any calendar, New Years wouldn’t even be a thing. We’d be living life normally. So, fuck you all.
