Hi everyone! This is Petey, another dog besides my own that I see quite a bit. She’s silly. She makes piggy noises when you rub her belly and when you least expect it (or eventually do), she sneaks up to the pillow you are lying down on and somehow finds space for her own little head to rest on. She’s also very sweet and kind, a true “mama”, looking out for everyone. Unfortunately, she seems to have developed some type of skin cancer on her belly. It can be seen on the outside and sometimes it catches onto things that causes it to bleed. The cost for surgery costs $900 and Connor (her owner) can’t afford that at the moment as he has been laid off of work despite his many attempts to find a new one. This was a last resort as Petey needs her surgery as soon as possible. Any donation helps and to be honest all I want for Christmas is for Petey to be healthy again. Connor’s given me the world even when he has had very little and all I wish is to give it back to him. Petey makes him so happy, she is his world. If you can, please help. It means so much.
