I've been sitting on this interaction for a while but you know what why not post about it. I got to interact with Amanda Overton a few months back and she told me something in regards to the sexualities of Vi and Caitlyn that I found interesting.

She said "When people would ask me what the sexualities of the characters were after season 1 like I would initially let them know that we would confirm them in season 2. People would ask me what Caitlyn's sexuality is and we tried to make it clear in season 2 that she's a lesbian. She's attracted to women. I wanted people to experience those answers with the show so for most characters I would tell them 'You'll see in season 2'. But I didn't have the same problem with Vi because answering that question was easy. Vi's sexuality is Caitlyn. She's not interested in anyone else. She doesn't want anyone else. She loves Caitlyn."

The next time you’re watching this masterful scene I want you to remember that 3D objects in the computer have no physical properties and can clip through each other without care. Which means that every stretch of skin, every forceful kiss, every tender hand placement, every single physical touch and movement has to be meticulously crafted and executed flawlessly by the animators to ensure that it looks realistic. It boggles my mind at how much work was put into every single frame of this scene and I thank the animators for their service.
