one of my favorite stupid things to do in fanfic is to throw two characters together who literally never interact. and then give them an entire, fleshed-out relationship dynamic that exists nowhere but my own head. yes they’ve literally never spoken. yes their relationship is important to me. hope this helps.

HEYYY more chatter abt my werecreature au bc I love them but don't feel like writing a whole piece rn bc EAPMMDP is kicking my ass rn

- Higuchi is a lioness which means she's incredibly family/pride oriented, and it isn't uncommon for her to bring members of the pride prey she's gotten for them (tachihara wasn't eating well and got rabbits for a week straight) ((he didn't even ask where she got them))

- Gin *is* a wolf since she and ryuu were naturally born as wolves instead of being turned and that kind of threw higuchi off when gin first joined the PM but now she's absolutely pampered bc higuchi looked it up and wolves are NOT supposed to be that skinny and so she tries to make gin eat (higuchi also rlly likes to snuggle up w gin specifically bc it isn't often that she's bigger than anyone in the pride)

- tachihara is a puma which makes him stand out bc he's one of the only members of the pride who's a big cat native to North America

- in this au kouyou and chuuya are half siblings (don't ask abt parentage for I do not know I just wanted this) and are both orange tigers however chuuya is smaller and more lithe than Kouyou, much to kouyou's chagrin

- poe is the biggest wolf in the ADA and also the fluffiest and as such, people really enjoy snuggling w him (but also respect his boundaries when he says he doesn't wanna cuddle :]!!!)

- one of the reasons ranpo is sorta doted upon at the ADA and doesn't have to do as much work is bc be is a clever little fox >:] (at first fukuzawa thought he was a pup/adolescent and kunikida was like "boss is that fox......" and fukuzawa was like "..... huh?") ((Since there are no abilities in this au ranpo instead insists that he *is* a wolf he's just rlly small :,]))

- oda is the second biggest but he's a lot sleeker than poe so he doesn't rlly look it yosano looks bigger than him most days bc she's p fluffy

- ranpo likes to ride on poe's shoulders when they're shifted and poe lets him bc it's basically just karl 2.0 and he likes knowing ranpo relies on him for smthn

- chuuya finds poe rlly amusing bc of how shy and innocent he is despite being the biggest member of the ADA pack and larger than like 95% of the PM

- poe knows a lot abt north American animals/shifters bc of his time in the guild and so sometimes he'll ramble abt it

- Twain is a bear. Bc I said so (irrelevant bc the guild isn't rlly in this but I am very fond of Twain so :,]) ((same w Louisa May but she's a sparrow what can ya do))

This ended up mostly being abt poe but yk what whatever I treasure him enjoy

considering making an au of my au where the ADA and PM a were packs, bc I can do that

The ADA are wolves and I think the PM are all big cats bc I cannot get orange tiger chuuya grooming little baby white tiger atsuhi out of my head (atsuhi keeps rolling around trying to get away but chuuya is holding him between his paws and bites his scruff when he tries to tumble out of his grasp)

Dazai is a big panther and that's part of why he always walks so quietly, and he sort of swings sort of like big cats do when they walk and chuuya can't help but laugh at him. They all have big cat-esque fangs which baby atsushi (who's fangs haven't grown in yet) finds fascinating. It's quite common to see dazai twisting his face up into a snarl so atsushi can grab onto his fangs, or chuuya pulling back his lips just because they find it so endearing the way his little face lights up.

The ADA are all so delighted to have ryuu around bc they haven't had a pup in so long (the last pup they had was Naomi but she's long since grown up so the new, puppiness just isn't there anymore) and ryuu will be the first puppy they'll raise themselves (Naomi and junichirou were already juveniles when they came to the ADA) so there's a lot of excitement around the agency (and just bc poe is my baby he is here and a massive timber wolf)

The agency does weekly dog piles where they all just cuddle up together for pack bonding, which ryuu isn't super used to, since it was always just him and gin, so oda just kind of carries him by the scruff and flops him onto fukuzawa's side, then snuggles into the pile himself, kind of trapping ryuu with them

He gets used to the affection after a while, and when he's better at walking on his own, every Wednesday when it comes time for the dog pile, he makes his way over early and settles down on his favorite cushion to wait for his family, which ends up making the ADA stop working early bc he just looks so cute and pitiful curled up by himself

In terms of PM and ADA interactions they fight like... well, cats and dogs...

Dazai likes to flex that he can eat grapes and chocolate and oda counter attacks with lists of all the spots dazai likes to nap in to get optimal sunlight

Fights amongst the PM themselves are often referred to as 'cat fights' by people on the outside bc well, 1 the obvious they are cats, 2 it's sort of like the cat fights you see between girls on TV w hair grabbing clawing at faces etc, meanwhile the ADA just go wolf form and tussle it out

So, yeah... I'm gonna write this later, bc it won't get out of my head

(Also yes, members of the ADA have been caught chasing squirrels and cars more than once but it is ignored bc you can distract any member of the PM with a laser pointer or a sock)
