Why so conservative?!
I am 23. I can take decisions of my life. I have a boyfriend and we want to get married. But the problem is we are belong to different cast and culture. He is from Goa and I am from Gujarat. I tried to convince them so hard and I am still trying. Once they told me that, “It’s okay if you get married to the same cast and if your marriage will not work, we will handle it, but not this Goa guy.” I was so shocked after hearing my own parents saying this. Cast and society are so important for them than my happiness. It’s very disturbing. They told me to break up with him and they never asked me once if I am fine or not.
Why being so conservative over our own happiness!!!
