So I've actually been making music for a lil while and been really shy to share it.

Basically, I like making soundtrack sort of music, whether its an emotional scene or a montage or what have you, and BBU has really inspired me to finally plop them into a pile on SoundCloud!

Ok imma add my opinion to the matter seeng as funny. Note that i will be using vocaloid as a main example but then can apply to other things. I generally dont see a issue with piracy if the company that made it is massive (like yamaha or crypton) as they generally made shit software. Made voice banks extortionate prices and made a harsh barrier to entry to the extent where pirating is the more convenient option, like there are certain products that you cant get without piracy (like utatane piko or gachapoid) just solely due to the piss poor marketing that was done. You can argue they were frequently pirated though that falls through when you find out that theres already a barrier to entry. And before you say no hatsune miku. Rin or len are not begginer freindly due to the fact there prices are extortionate.
