hey, just avoid the negativity. no seriously. unsubscribe from all those who are always whining about their problems, but do nothing to solve them. do not communicate with those who condemn and humiliate other people without really knowing anything about them. dissociate yourself from those who say something bad about you and from those who indicate how you should behave. do not answer negative with negative, answer reasonably. do not argue, do not respond to comments, if you see that a person is behaving aggressively because something good can hardly come out of it. do not communicate with people who are looking for flaws in others. do not think badly of others, just because someone, something told you about them; you yourself must decide how to treat this person. you should not always agree with the opinions of others, especially when they impose it on you. try to look at things from different angles, try to surround yourself with a positive, and not vice versa. positive is contagious as well as negative.

people think that depression is when you are sad. when you cry. when you dress in black. but people are wrong. depression is a constant feeling of helplessness. when you don't feel emotions, you don't perceive lies. you wake up in the morning just to go back to bed. the days are really not days; days are just annoying interferences that one has to face. and how to deal with them? with the help of treatment, drinking, smoking, with the help of daytime sleep. when you have depression, you grab for anything, just to live a day. that's what depression means – not sadness or tears, this overwhelming feeling of stupor and craving for something that will help you to experience one day after another.
