Dislyte Boyfriend Headcanons

The both of you argued. What would they do?

Drew

He hates arguing, but that’s inevitable in relationships.

He’s definitely not the type to start an argument. It’ll most likely be you who started the argument.

Even when you’re yelling at him, he stays calm and composed. He tries to reason with you whilst trying to calm you down.

At some point, you turn and leave. Your blood was still boiling at this point.

He gives you time to calm down.

When you do, you realize you shouldn’t have screamed at him like that.

Once you’re ready to apologize to him, you approach him sheepishly.

“I’m sorry.“

He sits you down and forgives you...but then lectures you about how you shouldn’t handle arguments like that. It’s nothing callous, just extremely boring.

Jacob

You love him and his cute face, truly. But he’s so infuriating to argue with.

You wonder: “HowthefuckinthenumerousespersdidIfallforhim”

One, he could care less about your argument.

Two, you’re disturbing his sleep: That’s more irksome than anything right now.

Three, is he even listening?

Arguing with him is like arguing with a brick wall. He’s too tired to listen to whatever you have to say.

You throw something at him? He dodges it and glares at you.

You storm off because you can no longer handle his bullshit attitude? Good, he can sleep now.

...Only for him to lay awake, thinking about what you said.

He’s a cold-hearted villain. You should’ve expected this kind of behavior when you established a relationship with him. < That was what he thought. He still can’t help but feel guilty, though.

He enters your room, after spending a few minutes procrastinating.

He waits for you to yell at him again. When you finish or when you don’t say anything, he mumbles an incoherent apology.

Is he...chanting to a cult or apologizing?

But judging by his facial expression, you can tell he was sorry.

You have to forgive him. How can you not? He’s adorable.

He then sluggishly hugs you. Once you forgive him, he’s fast asleep.

Li Ling

You don’t even know what’s happening anymore.

The both of you are probably shouting at each other like it’s the end of the world.

Even if you hit Li, he’ll never hit you back. He would never use his petrifying strength on you.

A little later into the argument, he says something that made hot, angry tears slip out of your eyes. It’s that or you said something that made him lose his cool.

- He said something that makes you storm off, crying.

That’s when he realizes he really fucked up.

He tries to apologize to you as soon as possible, but you locked yourself in your bedroom.

He probably sat beside your door, waiting for you to come out.

You have no idea how fast he jumped on your when you finally opened the door.

“Li...stop apologizing. It’s the 420th time.“

He makes an oath to never argue with you again.

- It’s that or you said something that made him lose his cool.

He’ll wear his rage on his face. He almost sent a punch directly into your face. He stopped himself before anything, though.

He takes a deep, shaky breathe before leaving the building. He slammed and practically broke the door.

You chase after him. You genuinely apologize and admit to your mistakes. It took a while for Li to let go of his pride and apologize too. At least he managed to do it in the end.
