BTW since I mentioned it on here when my old tablet died, I thought I should mention that I just got a new one today! It hasn't been set up yet but it's pretty exciting!
#I am going to be paying my parents back for quite a while#and this thing is going to be taking over my desk lol#I'll miss having dual monitors but there is not enough room#the normal monitor I have doesn't have a way to attach to an arm#maybe someday I'll get one that does#we did get an arm for the tablet though#it's big and heavy and I'll need to move it around#keep the cats off it etc#I think it's going to be an adjustment but hopefully it won't take too long#and I can give my bro his tablet back!#yunmusings

I've been going through my box of old spiral notebooks (I used to draw in them) and taking out pages to save so I can toss the rest.
It's been fun to remember old fandoms and projects. Also, found my whump phase. (Mid teens. Mostly centered around the finale of Slayers Next.)
#yunmusings#also I used to do this thing where I'd waste paper so bad#I'd start a drawing a body part then not like it or something and flip to the next page#what's funny is that I still kind of do this digitally with layers#I'm kind of feeling out a drawing till something grabs me#it's like seeing the potential before it even gets there#but on paper it's like 'oh look four pages with the top of a pleated skirt'#'here's some arms'#btw for storage I'm using Itoya profolio polyzip envelopes

I wish the tumblr back up function backed up things like other people's tags and my likes
#I backed up my blog (it actually worked this time!)#but the formatting isn't like tumblr#I feel for people with a lot more posts than me trying to do this#I have less than 4000 posts and it still took a while#and was over 3 gigs#I think screenshots might be a better option for some things#did that today for the collab with re-unknown back in 2017#yunmusings
