By the Necrobot, Spinister is so stupid.

If you didn't already know, Spinister is my favourite Transformers character of all time.

Hes silly, hes canonically stupid, but hes a great surgeon, Cute!

But as much as I love him in MTMTE, hes also got some appearances in Transformers: Galaxies which has left me super curious.

It takes place prior to him joining the Scavengers, where hes working under Shockwave as a splicer (taking parts from living cybertronians to sell; black market).

Not only is he working directly under Shockwave, but he outsmarts Ultra Magnus & captures Chromedome, uses them, and speaks very poetically the whole time.

"He is truly the stupidest person in the universe."

And the thing is, its evident that IS true, hes not what he was before. Its made me super curious as to what happened to him, especially after a deliberate choice from Galaxies (made after MTMTE) to not use the same copy paste version but change things up.

Is he acting and truly the same? Was he hurt badly in battle? Is there some kind of shadowplay occuring? Why of all things was JUST his surgery skills left in tact?

I love this con, but he leaves me with so many questions!

gasters stats are so funny bc even IF you, by some miracle, manage to defeat him after a long, arduous battle, not only does he absorb all of your EXP, (and most likely a lot of HP) he also robs you point blank of all your money. not only does he take your G (gaster coin), this dude sits down to open like 3 different credit cards in your name and max all of them out, before dusting with cash and card in hand. just so you're beyond broke. he might be on the verge of death but he's not about to go without putting you in unimaginable debt first. that's so petty. legendary hater behaviour.
