How to Cope with Anxiety when Starting University

1. Accept that it is normal, and something you’d expect.

2. Talk about your feelings with someone you know well. Don’t bury how you feel and pretend that you’re OK.

3. Look after yourself – get plenty of sleep, take time for exercise, and make sure you eat well.

4. Ask when you’re confused, or uncertain, or need help. Usually others are quite happy to help you at this time.

5. Accept that it is takes time to make some friends when you are new. But others feel the same – and they want to make friends, too.

6. Don’t expect to feel comfortable within the first few weeks. It’s a whole different world and there’s so much to learn.

7. Remember you’ve made changes and have done new things before. You can cope and survive – so just be patient with yourself.

Hi I’m back, wassup to all of you avid readers? I’m here again to discuss the different kinds of camera techniques wherein my instructor taught us how it works and how it taken by the use of your High Definition Camera. So here we go, let’s discuss the different kind of Camera Techniques.

Extreme Wide Shot. This is what we call in the first shot and the image shown above. According to my notes, extreme wide shot is taken from as much as a quarter of a mile away and is generally used as a scene-setting, establishing shot. 

Extreme Wide shot is commonly taken by the beginning of the movie and it depends if its going to take by the ending of the movie.

Wide Shot. Wide shot is the second category of the camera techniques and the example of an image shown above. According to my instructor, wide shot is the most difficult to categorize precisely but it is generally one which shows the image as approximately “life” size corresponding to the real distance between the audience and the screen in a cinema (the figure of a man would appear a six feet tall.)

Wide Shot is can be scene by the movies where in the 2 or more characters are in walking scene while they are throwing a dialogues to each other.

Close-Up. Close-Up is the third category of a camera techniques and the image shown above. As a researcher blogger, I search again the definition of close-up shot to make the topic more interesting hahaah anyway, according to the Merriam Webster Dictionary, close-up is a photograph or movie picture taken very close to an object or person.

This kind of shot, you will be encounter it by the subjects dialogue by taking shot at a close range.

Extreme Close-Up. The fourth category of camera techniques. As its name suggest, an extreme version of the close-up. Literally.

This can be seen sometimes in horror movie.

The Bird’s-Eye View. 5th Category. This shows a scenario from directly overhead, a very unnatural and strange angle.

This can be seen in the action movies, like “London has Fallen.”

High Angle. The sixth category (road to finish, in the name of the grade) of camera techniques. In my notebook said that the high angle is not so extreme as a bird’s-eye view. The camera is elevated above the action using a crane to give a general overview.

Eye Level. Seventh category. It’s fairy neutral shot: The camera is positioned as through it is a human actually observing a scene so that the actors head are on level with the focus.

If you are going to take a shot, it must be in real perspective in human eye.

Low Angle. Last category!!!!!! Heart Heart!!!!!!!!!!! These increase the height of the main subject  and it gives a sense of speed motion.

Wassup avid readers? I am Zedrick and I am going to discuss to all of readers here my analyzation and the evaluation about the effect of social media in the Filipino Youth. So, shall we start? Lezgo!

You know what people? According to the Umi Digital, the real purpose of social media is ‘So the original purpose of Social Media is not only for you to communicate with other people. It’s also an effective tool in business promotion. It’s not only a way to let people know that you are existing but to get to know you audience. And when you do, you surely will be successful.’ Sometimes we feel happy by engaging in our gadgets and then it will comes to the point that when we get bored we’ll open the phone and browse it again and again. We already live in a virtual world where we think has no criticisms and dumbfounded person who only finds imperfection and flaws of other people. This generation has been eaten by the system of media because some of us have a mindset wherein we can easily do what we want and click without thinking first with that matter. We’ve been eaten by social media because in that moment when we open our eyes in the morning, instead of praying for waking up in our daily lives, we do first check our mobile phone when we already wants to be updated by merely issues in the websites who brought us temporary happiness, we introduce ourselves to other people in the internet. We get information’s of our love-ones with this as a medium and also but the worst scenario you can encounter who are merely talk to each other because they are focusing on themselves to their handy walkies-talkie that they believe that it has a benefits everything to them.

This generation also forgotten the real purpose of social media by means of being hobby, like surfing the net in many hours. We the students are being blind folded by those oh-so-positive effects of social media that’s why we failed to realize that if there are a thousands of positive effect of this, there’s more than a million of the negative area of this. As a student, all I can do is to control my temper to be in state of living in realistic society where I’d be ready to accept what’s happening in the reality than living in a fantasy-website on.
