Earlier today we announced to the press that we are running a beta test program for Post+, Tumblr’s newest add-on subscription tool. Post+ is a completely optional tool that will allow creators to make some of their posts exclusive to their paid subscribers. You can read more about it right over here on our @postplus Tumblr. This feature is being tested by a small group of incredible creators on Tumblr.

We want to hear about what you like, what you love, and what concerns you. Even if it’s not very nice. Tell us. We can take it. We WANT that feedback. It helps us make Tumblr better.

What we won’t ever accept is the targeted harassment and threats these creators have endured since this afternoon. These creators are some of the most talented people around, and all they’re doing is testing out a feature. These are the people who graciously agreed to pilot a program to help us discover bugs before we open it up to all creators. These are the humans who are testing a feature that we hope will soon help thousands of Tumblr creators feel empowered, get rewarded for their efforts, and find support within their community.

Our Community Guidelines are clear: Don't engage in targeted abuse, bullying, or harassment.

Anyone in violation of these guidelines will be dealt with swiftly and will be forced to contend with the appropriate consequences. It’s okay to tell us how you feel. It’s not okay to bully someone because you disagree with their choices.

Nightmares

Pairing: Catradora (Adora x Catra)

Characters: Adora, Catra, Bow, Glimmer, Entrapta, Horde Prime

Adora couldn't go to sleep peacefully just like before in the Fright Zone. Except these nights were just downright brutal for her. Catra doesn't know what woke her up, the screaming or the hitting. Maybe both.

Catra could hear Adora from her room, even though she's doesn't stay in there at night much, she prefers sleeping in Adora's bed.

...

There the blonde was, thrashing in her sleep. Adora stopped hitting the bed, which caused major worry for Catra. "I'm sorry" Her mumbles would be hard to hear for others, but Catra's hearing was impeccable. "Adora-" "I didn't mean to! N-no no no no" Adora cried.

Catra's heart feels like it's splitting into two. "Adora wake up" "I'm too late..." "Adora!" Adora sat up in a quick panic as she took the knife under the pillow out in fear. Catra had to duck from her knife of fury. "C-Catra?" "Yeah, it's me" Adora put the knife back where it belonged as Catra stared at her and blurted out "What was it about?"

"What?"

"I heard you Adora, you were screaming and hitting the bed again" Adora wished she could just stop with showing if she had a nightmare. Of course, Catra read her like a book and saw her distress no matter how many times she tried to hide it. "Sorry if I woke you up" "That doesn't matter, please tell me" Adora shifted away from Catra but Catra grabbed her hand, making both of them blush.

"It didn't work" She put her hand over her chest, where the Heart of Etheria once was. "I failed and he made me watch everyone die, I was so scared I-I couldn't move! I couldn't speak, I was trapped! And every time I tried to warn Bow or Glimmer or Entrapta...they never heard me in time. The last thing I saw was you dying, it was worse because we were so close to the Heart a-and-...and I failed, I failed you and everyone else. I'm a fraud. I can't be She-Ra, they all saved people! But all I do is hurt the ones I lov-" "ADORA" Catra's tone was sharp she might've been saying Adora's name before she actually realized it. Adora could feel the tears falling down her face and Catra's hand on her cheek.

It all crashed down.

She sobbed, she sobbed more than she ever thought she could. But Catra was there, to make her feel better.

"I'm sorry Catra" "No need to say sorry, Adora"

She wanted to hug Catra but she feared one touch could make her disappear. For good.

Catra leaned over to Adora and wrapped her in her embrace. "I'm not leaving, not again. You never gave up on me, and I won't give up on you" "Do...-" Adora was trembling as she took a deep breath trying to finish her question "Do you promise?" Catra smiled "I promise"

Adora hugged her back and this time, Catra didn't disappear.
