[She asks, but sighs and shakes her head, not dwelling on his lie longer. Looks like lying about injuries is the same with the Evil counterpart of her Link. The only problem is that the Evil one is rather more horrible at lying.]

[Damned/cursed sword = Master Sword. That nickname for the Sword that Seals Darkness is quite common around, she’s come to realize. She doesn’t mind the lack of nicknames, as she wasn’t expecting the Evil version of Urbosa to be kind with her.]

That would alter his timeline if he were to put the sword down because of you,

[She begins, nervousness washing away as her research resurfaces to the front of her mind.]

And, he’s…He used to believe that he was bound to the sword. There’s no separating him and the Master Sword, he’s one with the weapon.

[She says, voice gradually getting quieter and sadder. This is quite the sensitive topic, but she trusts the Evils to not exploit it or try to manipulate the Knight with it. Or, she wants to trust them, more than she actually does.]

That’s what he thinks. It’s impossible to convince him otherwise, he spent years of training, believing he was just a weapon- that he was just suppose to be the perfect, silent knight. So, uhm…I…don’t think he will put it down. unless the Goddess herself tells him to.

Hmm….That makes sense. Mana must be used sparingly, after all. Wait, no consumable objects? So no potato duplicates…Wait wait wait- does that mean that you can’t duplicate animals, too? Considering they can be consumed?

So the effects of it still remain…So, a duplicate of an ice rod is possible, but elixirs are not….How fascinating.

Greetings, Bright Null. I’m quite curious- there aren’t many records of your counterpart’s existence within the Hyrule Castle’s library, so I thought I’d come to you, seeking for knowledge. Could you tell me of your abilities? And of your other counterpart’s abilities, if you know any of them? Please, go in immense detail if you can.

However, all knowledge is appreciated.

Both me and my... Counterpart, as you say, have immense abilities. We mirror each other, hence many commonalities in our abilities.

We are able to create rifts, however, my rifts are comparatively weaker to my counterpart's. It was fueled by the desire to return to the previous state of nonexistence, and its rifts reflected that.

I view rifts as something akin to a pocket dimension. Which is what it is. It sends items to that dimension. However, when the dimension is Nothing, it is difficult to retrieve the items and restore the rift.

There is also echoes: the ability to recreate items, creatures, or people for a short amount of time. I am very proficient in this ability, while my counterpart is not.

I am able to maintain an echo for days at a time from miles away. While echoes of living beings normally require killing that being first, I have found exceptions to that rule. It only consumes more magical energy that way.

I believe those are the main abilities. There are other, small abilities that I do not find necessary to include.

Nonsense. At least, you should talk of it with Legend. He seems to care for you. And, even though I am not quite happy that you’re trying to brush this off, I’ll let you have it. Just this once. Because I’m ‘quite’ curious. But once we are done, you’re going to talk to someone. That is my only condition.

It’s been a while due to…. developments…..

But I was wondering if you would be interested in doing some research regarding me as a whole?? I’ve made some discoveries and I would like to know if they could be put to use in any way!! Most are regarding the fact that I’m a being made up almost entirely of light magic.

Of course! Oh, I’d love to! However, Brightdow, I am going to need to confirm your well-being before we can start. I am well aware of your experience of going through a Dungeon. And, considering you were heavily wounded mentally last I heard of you, I must ask of you to speak with me about your experience first, as I’m sure you’ll presumably brush off your well being and say that ‘I’m fine, its nothing’. So, no experiments on you until you’re well. Although, I am glad you made it out. 😊
