Under Electric Skies
Rebecca from Cyberpunk: Edgerunners, the best girl.

Apparently, it's next to impossible to take a photo of something drawn with fluorescent markers, ugh.

Alerion the Charismatic
Sooooo, I recently made up a name of an isekai anime that I would absolutely watch but it unfortunately doesn't exist, so I may or may not have to write and/or draw it. It is called
My Goddess Wanted an Overpowered Hero But I Put All Points In Charisma
So, after rolling it in my had for some time, I had to draw Alerion, the main character of GWOPH.

Clip Studio Paint, ~6 hours. The longest I was able to keep drawing the same picture in the past 5 years, yay!

I met Neil!
Well, I went to MCM Comic Con and got to take a photo with Neil Newbon. Gifted him my painting of him, yay!

PS yeah I totally cropped my husband from the photo, lol. He doesn't want to be on Tumblr

Cross stitch of the distant past
My mom visited me (we're in different countries now) and brought a cross stitch piece that I did at school, when I was ~12-14.
She also brought two giant cross stitch pieces made by my great-grandmother, who I was named after. I suppose it's hereditary, lol. Will take photos of them when there's better lighting.

Morrigan, Dragon Age Inquisition

I keep trying to paint with gouache, a request from a friend - Morrigan. I personally prefer her design from DA:O, but was asked to paint an Inquisition version.
Ref
Material - Gouache. Trying designer set of Schmincke this time. Really pleasant to work with, but weird choice of colours. Though I wouldn't have been able to do it without magenta in this case.

Neil Newbon

OK, I think I'm getting a hang of it. Also, better gouache really helped.

Neil Newbon sketch

I have an issue with all the "starting to remember how to traditional art" shit: if the pencil sketch is good - I immediately don't feel like painting it, because I know I'll fuck it up. Ugh, I need a printer that can handle thick textured paper, so I can make several copies of the sketch and ruin them as many times as I want :(

Unfortunately, my weekly challenge with D is over, they can't continue due to work plus studying. I will still try to draw something once a week. If anyone has an art marathon of any sort to suggest - please let me know. I am trying to restart drawing after a 3-year-long art block caused by an excruciating job as a 3d-artist in game dev industry.
