I have an audio processing disorder and sometimes I can't really understand what's being said in rap songs but that's not exclusive to rap music or anything really, in fact unless I am only listening to music and doing nothing else or actively looking at the lyrics there's no way I'm understanding most songs, I just listen to them because of the vibes.
