i studied so hard to know how to help my grandmother in case she ever gets dementia but not about cancer. i feared her forgetting than dying, i don't which is worse

well, the life i could've had is a life where i am allowed to breathe but i didn't get to have it and was not even given the chance of options how can i not grieve for it?
