I hate the night sm. My paranoia gets SO BAD ?? Like during the day it's not nearly as extreme, but during the night I FUCKING SWEAR TO GOD I SEE THINGS IN THE CORNER OF MY EYE !?!??!?! Once I actually turn to look at it, it's gone BUT I STILL KNWO IT'S THERE. I SWEAR IT IS I know it makes no sense logistically, but that only makes it worse somehow ?? Like ik it's impossible and I still genuinely believe it. I've been doing so much better lately since getting a locking doorknob, but tonight it's bad again
