The soldiers deciding to obey Pharaoh and chase the Israelites through the Red Sea really shows how serious Idolatry can be. Even when God showed his power they still obeyed Pharaoh.

22 And the children of Israel went into the midst of the sea upon the dry ground: and the waters were a wall unto them on their right hand, and on their left.

23 And the Egyptians pursued, and went in after them to the midst of the sea, even all Pharaoh’s horses, his chariots, and his horsemen.

“Let every idol fall. If you have someone or something you love more than Jesus, it is an idol. It’s getting in the way of you receiving the grace to walk in the love of Christ. Idols keep you bound to sin and selfishness.”

This generation is absorbed with Technology. We have lost our way with how we communicate with one another. Technology has taken away our Human Interaction. We must pull away from a possible idol in our life.  Remember the days before technology took over?#technology

Trusting in God is not always easy, especially when waiting seems unending.  So, while you are waiting, I urge you to keep walking with Jesus. Daily meditate on His Word. Daily spend time in prayer. Daily worship and praise Him. It might not seem like anything is happening. Day after day your life might look the same but God is working behind the scenes. He hears and sees you. You are always on His mind. 

One day you’ll see the progress you have made. You’ll see how much ground you’ve covered. So, don’t quit now because,

God is not finished with you yet!

I declare I'm growing closer to You, getting to know You even more. As I draw near to You, You're drawing near to me. I walk with great expectations that You will do amazing things and that the best is yet to come. Let Your wisdom pour out in every aspect of my life. In Jesus Name I pray, amen. 🙏
