I photographed a bunch of sketches from my paper sketchbook and then mashed them all into one post! >:D
I was drawing them all without any refs so their anatomy and designs a bit mixed between different generations haha but mostly it’s mtmte..I think.

Hope your day is amazing! Hope you arent too stressed
How would the autobots react if Raf did in fact die from being blasted by dark energon? How do you think the series would change?
It would end horribly. Let me say that much.
I think Ratchet would take it hardest if I am being honest. After losing Cliffjumper and so many others, Rafael would be the final nail the coffin. I imagine the whole series would turn darker, if only on the side of the Autobots. Ratchet I think would begin to devote himself even more to his hatred of Megatron, possibly to the point of throwing himself into combat as well. He would want vengeance and a chance to redeem himself for his failure to help Rafael when he needed it most. He would embody the saying, "Demons run when a good man goes to war."
Optimus would remain in the grim state he found himself in during that episode. I don't see him going bayverse, but he would be darker and far less willing to offer mercy. I imagine he would still do his best to keep the Vehicons out of it, but seeing such a young life extinguished right in front of him, from another innocent species no less... I don't see it ending well. It would finally firm his resolve to kill Megatron and I can see both him and Ratchet working together in that regard and grieving together.
Arcee and Bulkhead I can see becoming far more protective of their wards, maybe even to the point of sending them away. They would refuse to risk anything after Rafael. If Jack and Miko weren't removed from their care, I don't doubt that they would be far more cautious and clinical. It was attachment that led to Rafael being injured in the first place. Best to keep things clinical until the kids inevitably do something that forces the team to acknowledge them again.
Poor Bumblebee though. He would take it just as hard as Ratchet I think. Rafael was his first ward and a friend. The death of Rafael as a byproduct of war I believe would influence him for better and for worse at the same time. He would step up, becoming more of a leader and a warrior as times demanded it. At the same time, he would follow in Optimus's footsteps and likely become more stoic after an initial phase of pure wrath that mimics Ratchet's mental state.
The Autobots as a whole would be far more wiling to fight and kill for victory. They've lost too many, and by the time Magnus and Smokescreen arrive, they will be in for one harsh wakeup call as the entire team march off to war with vigor and wrath not seen since the start of it all.

YES Drift loving hours.
Can we can some SFW and NSFW soft headcnaons with Drift please 🙏
Soft headcanons.... hmm. Well, there is the fact that Ratchet remains Drift's physician throughout the span of their marriage. Both are aware of the impropriety of this arrangement, but Drift can't conceive of trusting anyone else with his body. The intimacy of Ratchet's care is foundational to their relationship. And I would be lying -- here we stray into NSFW territory -- if I denied there was an erotic dimension to it. Somewhere in the lonely interlude between their first meeting in the Dead End clinic and Drift's exile from the Lost Light, the memory of Ratchet's practice became caught in the orbit of Drift's longing and obtained the gravity of a kink. Ratchet is careful not to exploit it or let it compromise his work, but that's not to say he doesn't indulge it. Their romance, for all its quaint domestic trappings, is bordered and threaded with transgressions, and this is one of them.

regarding the latest post with bee and cliff being meg and op’s sparklings: what are their reactions to star being bee’s conjunx?
I imagine megs is gonna blow a fuse and immediately try something to make them split, cliff takes his sire’s anger as well but he’s vocal about it, op is trying to be civil here but has his own doubts. bee knew this was a mistake but bought star because it would eventually be known soon, meanwhile star has a smug smile and isn’t (not a lot anyway) phased by bee’s family. drift and ratchet don’t like it either, neither does their sparklings. but their sparklings are more accepting, since if bee likes this menace of a seeker maybe he’s not that bad. (they may or may not be right)
adore and love your writing 🫶🫶
😭 thank you!
Bee is 100% not ready to introduce his conjunx to his family.
Cliff is downright unbearable in his complaining and his sire is over the top literally shooting his canon at Starscream who is laughing and antagonizing the former war mech.
Optimus is no better because he does keep his conjunx from offlining Starscream but he does threaten him with a Spark scalpel curtsey of Ratchet who came to the family dinner with his conjunx and sparklings who brought their conjunxes and sparklings.
Cliff is conjunxed to Mirage who proved his love for Cliff already, so the mech is just sitting back watching everything unfold happy to not be the subject of his conjunxs creators ire.
Starscream is not an idiot.
He does not take Optimus’s threat lightly and he knows to fear that mech more than Megatron. He’s dealt with Megatron for thousands of years, he knows how to deal with him.
Its Drift and Ratchet along with Optimus that he fears.
He knows who Drift used to be and he knows Ratchet can and will take him apart piece by piece.
He has no intentions of hurting or leaving his little space bee but he does wish for this family dinner to be over with so they can go back to the peace and quiet of their home where he can spoil his little brat of a conjunx and enjoy his spoiling right back.
Starscream matches Cliff’s snide remarks right back and matches Ratchets glares with devious smirks while carefully taunting Optimus whenever he makes an underhanded remark and he matches Drifts weary glares with raised optic ridges.
By the end of dinner Bee has enough and lays in on his family for being so rude to Starscream.
“Carrier! You can’t say a word about my choice in conjunx when sire was a warlord!! Sire! You worked with him!!! You both committed war crimes! Uncle Drift you were a decepticon too at one point and Uncle Ratchet you conjunxed him when he was still a con! None of you have the right to judge so stop it! Or I won’t be coming back!”
“And cliff!”
Cliff was just staring with his mouth open since Bee so rarely yelled.
“Stop with the remarks! You hated it when sire and carrier treated Mirage like this! Don’t do it to me and my conjunx!”
Bee stands and yanks Starscream with him who looks shocked and follows Bee before holding him and lifting him up.
“While your family is quite rude to guests. They have a right to worry love.”
“Not you too.”
“I’m on your side always,” Starscream assured him, “but I don’t want to see you arguing with your family or on bad terms. Especially because of me.”
And Bee knew his love missed his trine even if they were simply far away back in Vos it sucked to be without your family close by. Especially since the trio were so close they practically lived with them.
“Lets head back home to Vos?”
And Starscream smiled a little at this, completely focused on Bee forgetting the others who saw Starscream in a different light.
“Only if you all reconcile,” he agreed kissing his yellow loves helm.
“I think we owe you an apology,” Optimus said after clearing his intake passage.
“Sorry Bee…screamer,” Cliff said still such a brat but at least he tried.
Ratchet was still bitter but he did huff out a gruff sorry followed by Drift’s apology.
Megatron had to be elbowed by Optimus and after a few kliks and a sigh he apologized.
Bee bunched up Starscreams dermas before his mate could make things worse.
“Thank you,” he smiled warmly, “i think we should go now. I’ll contact you guys later?”
With a sad nod his creators and split spark hugged him before seeing them off.
Dinner went well since no one was offlined but it was still a disaster.
Bee was wondering what they’d do if the two ever sparked.
He was not looking forward to that conversation.

wada sez: On deviantART, Mario acknowledged that Perceptor’s characterisation here isn’t really remotely similar to how he’s been portrayed in any prior media; historically, he speaks with loquacious verbosity and never uses idioms. Really, this feels more like a Prowl or Nightbeat strip. Matters aren’t helped by some rather confusing coloring from Liam Shalloo; presumably, the script for this one would’ve called for “an Autobot” in the second panel with Ratchet, and “a Targetmaster” in the final panel, but these have been colored as the Decepticon Hun-Gurrr and the Autobot Scattorshot, cross-factional counterparts who have no reason to be in this story. My theory is that Onishi drew Fracas, Scourge’s Targetmaster partner, using the erroneous character model from classic ‘80s fiction. Liam Shalloo then misinterpreted the artwork as depicting Scattorshot, who he broadly resembles, particularly with the back-mounted gun barrel. Finally, Shalloo picked Hun-Gurrr for the second panel, due to his association with Scattorshot; I’m not sure who Onishi intended this character to be, if anyone, but the details look fairly specific. It’s a shame, because I think the core premise here of a Targetmaster howdunnit that asks “what if the murder weapon transformed and hid itself” is really good, and Onishi’s art is gorgeous as always.

Hello there lovely! I know you said mostly human centered so I'll leave a human alternative beneath this one if you don't feel up to it ^^
But the basic concept goes like this, Decepticon Reader (GN) is captured by the Autobots for intel. They refuse to spill which leads to interrogations, after which Ratchet typically patches them up. I'm thinking good old enemies to lovers, and as a bonus I think its more fun if reader is on the "crazy" side. As in, the smiley-type with a unnerving tiny amount of sadism.
If your not feeling up to it then simple headcanons revolving around a Human Decepticon reader with Kleptomania is also fine. Take your time with these darling <3

Oooo, interesting idea! I tried my best! It's more enemies than enemies to lovers but oh well! This was fun to write! I kind of ran out of steam near the end. . .

You never pegged the Autobots as the sort to do interrogations. Violent ones, at least. But you supposed war brings out the worst in everyone, including those like the bots standing before you. How long had this been going on? You hadn’t bothered to keep track. It’s not like it mattered. You were trapped here until you either managed to escape, died, or by some miracle, Megatron decided to save you. You sincerely doubted the third option was happening. So that left two.
The first option was preferred. Escaping would allow you to get away with your spark still intact. But the Autobots were deceptively good at keeping you contained. When you weren’t getting scolded for information, they kept you locked in a warehouse storage unit of sorts, something you noticed they had a lot of in their base of operations. Normally, you’d be able to bust out with no problems, but they reinforced the thing, making the door nearly impossible to break. Not that your servos were free to break them. Cuffs kept them firmly together. You were just thankful cuffs were all they put on you.
Of course, there was always the second option. Dying wasn’t the ideal solution, but at least it would get you out of this situation. And who knows? Maybe Primus would be a better conversationalist than these Autobots.
You slumped against the wall, helm clicking against the hard concrete behind you. Above all, being a prisoner was boring. You supposed that was the point. Keeping you locked alone for long periods of time, only to drag you out and interrogate you until they got bored of you.
They were no strangers to violence, either. They tried to keep up their calm facade. But when push came to shove, they were no different than your faction. You had the gashes to prove it.
Energon stained your exterior, metal bent and faded, wires shoved out of place.
It was a miracle you hadn’t fully shut down. Well, you supposed you shouldn’t call it a miracle. The Autobot medic kept you well enough to continue the interrogations. He barely spoke to you, optics staring at whatever injury he was working on at the moment.
You tried to get under his skin, tease him a bit, but that only led to him cutting his operations short and leaving you to leak energon. So you learned to keep your mouth shut.
After months of this nonsense, you knew Megatron was never going to save you. He probably thought you had already perished. And you also knew that the Autobots were not going to stop their interrogations, either. And with Ratchet constantly patching you up, you weren’t dying anytime soon.
All of these thoughts led you to come to one conclusion. You either had to give up the information, or die.
You stood up, pushing yourself off the wall. You banged your cuffs against the door of your makeshift cell.
“Hey!” you called out, loud enough that you knew they could hear. “I’ll talk! Just let me out of here!”
It didn’t take long for you to be dragged out of your cell, Bulkhead pushing your back any time you paused or lost pace with the others. They kept your cuffs on, all optics on you as you were brought to the main silo.
“You wish to disclose what you know?” Optimus questioned you, optics narrowed skeptically.
“Do I really have a choice here?” you spat back, leading Bulkhead to nudge your back none-too-gently. You growled, shooting him a glare. “Push me again, and I’ll bite your arm off,” you threatened.
Bulkhead reared his servo back, ready to strike, before Ratchet intervened.
“Can we focus here?” he snapped out, looking between you and Bulkhead angrily. He focused on you. “We’ve been at this for cycles. Why change your mind now?”
“I’m not allowed to change my mind?” you questioned almost teasingly, barely stifling a smirk.
“I don’t believe you,” Ratchet replied, crossing his arms stubbornly.
“What? You don’t trust me?”
“You know I don’t,” Ratchet sneered.
You faked a frown. “You’ve been patching me up for cycles. And not once have I tried to end your life. And you know I could if I wanted to.”
“You’re not stupid enough to make an attempt on my life, you’d have nowhere to run.”
“You think I’m smart?” you cooed out. “D’aww, thanks.”
“Enough,” Optimus demanded, and the room fell silent. You weren’t crazy enough to interrupt a Prime. “Will you reveal the information we seek?”
You scoffed. “Fine. What do you want to know?”
“The location of the Decepticon warship,” Ratchet told you. You shot him a look.
“The sky, probably,” you snarked out.
“We know you have the ability to find the Decepticon warship. You’re the best tracker the Decepticons have,” Ratchet pointed out.
“I used to have the ability,” you replied with a huff. “Now? Who knows. It’s not like I’ve had the time to brush up on my tracking skills.”
“Will you make the attempt or not?” Ratchet snapped at you, clearly growing tired of your snark.
You rolled your optics. “Fine,” you told him. You looked around, spotting the Autobots’ pathetic excuse for a computer system. “I’ll need access to that piece of scrap. Give me a few cycles, and I’ll have the location pinpointed, at least temporarily.”
It was hard to work with an Autobot constantly hovering around you. You knew they didn’t trust you. They wanted to make sure you weren’t sending some sort of signal to the Decepticons. Not that you would. At least not now. Maybe back when you first got captured, but you grew to realize that your fellow Decepticons did not care about you. You were another cog in the machine.
You let your annoyance fuel you, your desire for revenge against those who had led you rot in this silo.
Most of the time, the bot watching you was Ratchet. The others still had duties to attend to. They came and went, but Ratchet stayed. You grew used to his presence. He didn’t talk much, which was a relief. The only time he spoke was if he suspected you were up to something. But that became less and less frequent.
It was quiet, save for the sound of your digits tapping against the digital keyboard. The others were not present, so it left just you and Ratchet. He hovered behind you, as always.
“I’ve found it,” you spoke up, breaking the silence, watching the blinking dot on the screen coast lazily across the sky.
Ratchet looked past you, optics scanning the information. “Hmph,” he finally said after a moment of silence. “Took you long enough.”
You turned, scowling at him. “I did it, didn’t I?” you snapped.
He looked at you skeptically. “Yes, I suppose you did,” he murmured.
You huffed, walking away from the screens you’d been stationed at for the longest time. “I’ve done my job,” you told him. “Am I free to go?”
“Free to go where?” Ratchet replied. “You’ve betrayed the Decepticons. You’ll be melted down for scrap if you return.”
“Anywhere but here,” you spat.
Ratchet huffed incredulously. “You think we’re going to just let you leave?”
Your steps were hard against the silo floor as you marched up to him, close enough to reach out and strangle him. “Who is going to stop me?” you questioned.
Ratchet didn’t back down, meeting your heated gaze. You watched his servos ball into fists at his sides. “You will remain here until Optimus and the others return.”
Before you realized what you were doing, you raced forward, using your body weight to throw him onto the floor. You stumbled atop him, quickly caging him underneath you. Your weapon activated, and you pointed it directly at his spark.
“Don’t tell me what to do,” you snarled.
Ratchet was stunned for a few moments before attempting to push you off of him. You didn’t budge.
His optics narrowed, and you felt a burning sensation on your side, realizing he’d activated his welder. You could smell burning metal.
You scurried off of him, clutching your side, feeling the residual heat still lingering.
He stumbled, regaining his footing, and you two stared at each other, nobody making the next move. You walked slowly around him.
“You’re injured,” he pointed out, making you scowl.
“And whose fault is that?”
“You attacked me first.”
You scoffed. “I may not be a Decepticon anymore, but I am not an Autobot. And I refuse to stay in this silo any longer.”
“That decision is not yours to make,” he replied.
You wanted to tackle him again, but you didn’t. This entire fight was stupid. Even if you managed to fight your way outside the silo, you couldn’t get far without the Autobots on your tail. They’d just drag you back here.
You huffed, turning your back. You stormed over to a medical berth, sitting down stubbornly. “Fine.”
He followed behind you, optics trained on the burn he’d given you during your fight.
You noticed and shot him a dirty look. “Admiring your handiwork?” you spat.
“Let me take a look,” he said.
You kept your servos firmly covering most of the melted metal. “Why?”
“I should make sure you aren’t permanently injured.”
You wanted to tell him to leave you alone, but you also knew that he was a medic, and that you shouldn’t let your anger get in the way of him looking at an injury. You knew he was skilled at patching you up. He’d shown that before.
You begrudgingly moved your servos, optics trained on the burnt and melted metal staining your side.
He crouched down, looking over the injury. “Does it hurt?”
You fought back a humorless laugh. “Yes, it hurts.”
“It’s still burning, then,” he concludes. “I need to cool down the injury.”
“Then quit talking and do it,” you told him, annoyed.
He pulls a metal tin from his subspace, opening the cap and pouring some of the clear salve onto his servo. “Are you going to kill me if I apply this?” he asked you.
You huffed, making sure your servos were fully clear of your injury as you shot him a glare. “I’m still deciding,” you hissed.
The paste was cold, but it did get rid of the burning sensation that plagued your exterior. You let out a quiet sigh. “Thanks,” you murmured out, almost inaudible. “I guess.”
He scoffed. “I’m a medic, it’s my job.”
“Yeah, well, you’d be surprised at the amount of ‘cons who don’t do their job,” you quipped, rolling your optics.
“No, I wouldn’t,” he replied.
You shot him a glare. Just because you weren’t a Decepticon doesn’t mean you’d stand for him slandering your former allies. Even when you brought it up in the first place.
“Anyway,” you said. “Does this mean you’re going to shove me back in that cell now that I’ve pinpointed the warship for you?”
“I don’t think I could even if I wanted to.”
You hummed, a small smirk appearing on your lips. “You got that right.”

AU idea.
Orion Pax and Megatronus as the Sam and Coby of Cybertron.
Thats it. Have fun.
Yes to this whole thing.
I imagine in this alternate universe, the whole affair with the revolution is still going on, but it is in dire need of funds and very much on hold for the time being. Megatronus hasn't been able to afford some essential upgrades needed for him to make his way to the position of Champion and so has put himself up as a sword for hire through gladiatorial channels. Orion Pax on the other hand has been assigned by Alpha Trion to investigate supposedly haunted locations in order to determine if it is a relic, a monster, or a natural occurrence causing the whole mess. Naturally, Orion isn't going to go wandering anywhere without some sort of protection, not when he's Alpha Trion's not so subtly favorite student. And so he put together a ragtag team of individuals willing to help him go exploring for the sake of history and the archives.
Orion was required to document his exploration and findings as part of the archive's regulations. But since he couldn't be doing any serious exploring while also handling a camera, Orion hired Ratchet to handle all that. Ratchet, being a medical student at the time, needed the extra funds to get through the rest of his training. Orion might as well have been a walking piggy bank. Too proud to accept Orion's gifts and offers to sponsor him, Ratchet took up the position of camera mech somewhat happily. Steady servos ensured that Orion's explorations were always perfectly recorded, especially since Ratchet did not have a tendency to scare easily. Ratchet and Orion being close friends is a pleasant bonus when it came to their arrangement.
Jazz was also hired, but only on paper. He was gunning for the chance to drag Orion off somewhere less than safe, and so he was more than happy to offer himself up as a guide. Having become well acquainted with the streets and generally knowledgeable on most basic things around the planet, he was the perfect assistant. He was the one who took to scouting out the haunted locations and digging through the files on the places to find their history before Orion arrived. He may have been hired as a guide, but under the table he was also very much involved in the arduous task of keeping Orion out of criminal activity.
As for Megatronus? He was originally hired as a body guard in the event that things went sour. Orion being a living shanix pile ensured that Megatronus was all but willing to throw himself into a grinder if it meant protecting his client. The gladiator assumed that following around a middle caste archivist wouldn't be all that hard. At most, he would be dealing with a few broken floors and possibly a gang or two. Nothing too terrible, especially with legal freedom to beat the slag out of anyone who got too close to his client. He was very wrong, but quickly found himself wrapped into friendship despite the trouble.
This messy group began posting the recordings of Orion's explorations to the datanet in an attempt to bring more interest to places of significance (at least for Orion's part). But the interactions between the four mechs present quickly led to them developing a following.
Megatronus unintentionally became the logical atheist. When entering a building, ninety nine percent of the time, he and Jazz could pinpoint the source of the "haunting" as being in large part due to an issue with the structure of the building. Creaky floors? The foundation was messed up. Screams from the basement? Yeah there was a gang down there. Don't worry he took care of it. Odd heirlooms causing illness? The thing was covered in toxins commonly used in the pits. Megatronus always had a reason for things they encountered, and often Jazz would back him up with humor. But of course, the few odd times the haunting was genuine and a real relic was involved, Megatronus became the comedic character with his firm inability to accept the oddity. Even when Orion Pax emerged from buildings with glowing relics that prompted the archivist to speak in strange tongues, Megatronus chalked it all up low fuel levels and took care to tend to his client. It did not matter if a mech was forcefully possessed or not. He had a reason for everything. His interactions with Ratchet largely amounted to him throwing rude gestures and posing heroically just to agitate the Doctor in training when nothing else was going on.
Ratchet quickly gained a name for himself as the usually quiet but incredibly sarcastic and tired face behind the camera. He refused to show his face when avoidable and instead made commentary when Megatronus was trying to be logical and failing or whenever Orion was obviously being ominous. As the mech responsible for filming, he often put editors notes all throughout each video posted to the datanet. He became known for being totally and completely unphased by absolutely everything. He was too tired and too done to really give a frag when a mech got possessed or a building was discovered to have once been home to a Unicron cult. He and Megatronus were applauded for their snarky commentary and quips aimed at each other. Jazz and Ratchet were not often seen interacting on camera unless something went horribly wrong, in which case the camera was thrown to Jazz so Ratchet could take up Megatronus's job and beat the ghost, ghoul, or whatever the problem was into scrap. His interactions with Orion were quickly regarded as legendary simply because Ratchet did not care and would calmly pull Orion away from the mystical garbage if he felt the need to.
Jazz was the swiftly dubbed comedic relief. Whenever something unfortunate happened, he was quick to make light of it. Actual mystical events were regarded with a whistle and a quick picture snapped. Buildings with secrets were regarded with vague interest above all else, and actual murder cases were swept away. Some called him insensitive, but compared to Megatronus who was forever there to offer rationality and Ratchet who simply didn't care enough, Jazz was a relief. He was also renown for doing Megatronus's job more often than not when Orion wandered somewhere he really shouldn't have. Jazz performed feats of athletics and agility that left viewers in awe, especially with how casually he did so. The mech was the resident mystery and yet regarded everything with a smile. Beloved by the camera and largely liked by the rest of the team, Jazz was a fan favorite.
Orion Pax was the one who started the whole mess that was their ragtag group, and whether he meant to or not, he created the most trouble. Orion usually played the role of walking Wikipedia article when the team dealt with cases where the haunting was a result of actual issues rather than anything mystical. However, he had a habit of finding all the danger and waltzing directly into it within five kliks of entering a site. He was quick to find every secret and reveal it. And when there were actual powers involved, he somehow managed to get wrapped up into it. He was always the one being thrown across rooms, possessed (to which all attempts failed shortly thereafter. the ghosts are unanimously terrified of him), harassed my artifacts, or otherwise called into the fog by strange whispers. He was loved by the fans of his adventures simply because was completely normal right up until he wasn't.
Just a group of four mechs, all trying to get on with life, somehow managing to waltz into every issue Cybertron has to offer. Megatronus became famous long before he became a Champion and it was simply because he happened to be a logical atheist above all else. Ratchet became CMO through sheer force of will which scared the scrap out of his competitors. Jazz shot into the higher ranks of spies due to the fact that while working with Orion, he wiped out dozens of criminal organizations. Orion for his part returned to the archives at the end of it all seemingly untouched. But if anyone looked closely, they could see he quickly became a living repellant for oddities with malicious intent. The things of the dark feared him and the things made in times long past seemed to gravitate toward him regardless of his seeming normality.
