To be part of our factory visit series, this time we visited a start-up, that deals with Luxury Gift Hampers, for different occasions, like Marriage, Birthday, Baby Shower, Anniversary, and Griha Pravesh etc. Each hamper is customized based on the nature of the occasion. I tried to talk to both the founders of #Myraaa, Mr Aditya Dudani & Ms Shruti Nethwewala, to understand the nature of the business, how they market the product, price range etc. I had a very exciting journey throughout, learned so many new things regarding the gifting industry and I feel this brand has huge potential to be the Next Nykaa. That means a potential set-up to invest and may consider this as a potential unlisted share in India. Besides that, this video may help those people, who are planning to come up with their own startups.

In this video, we are talking about intrinsic value. Normally, there are three to four ways to calculate the intrinsic value, but we will discuss DCF which is one of the most popular ways to measure intrinsic value. The full form of #DCF is 'Discounted Cash Flow'. To find out the intrinsic value with this precise method, there are two important requirements. The first one is the free cash flow of the business for the upcoming years. The other one is how this free cash flow can be converted into present value. To find out the present value, it's important to know the concept of the time value of money.

#RBI has increased the policy repo rate under the liquidity adjustment facility (LAF) by 40 basis points to 4.40% with immediate effect. This is the part of RBI Governor Shaktikanta Das key announcement.  If the repo rate is high, that means the cost of borrowing is high, leading to slow growth in the economy. Currently, the repo rate in India is 8%. Markets don't like the RBI increasing the #repo rates. Reverse repo rate – Reverse Repo rate is the rate at which RBI borrows money from banks. This means that following the hike in the repo rate prompts companies to also cut back on the spending on the expansion, which leads to a dip in growth and affects the profit and future cash flows, resulting in a fall in stock prices. But it does not mean that when RBI cuts the REPO rate, in case of no inflation, then the opposite may happen to Stock Market, as the stock market depends on a few other things, due to which we generally notice fluctuations, even if the repo rate is unchanged. Mayurank Foods is available in the market as well as supplied in Flipkart, Spencers, Blinkit, etc. Here I shall try to show you the walkthrough of the Mayurank factory. Mr. Manish Murarka , Director of the company, has helped me to understand the entire process. We have seen the area where they do processing and packaging of all kinds of pulses and rice, like chana dal, chilkas. HE has shown us how he is storing and maintaining the entire stock with batch number and lot number. So what are the sources of these? Basically across India. This is their lab. So here they check goods' quality, moisture index, and taste quality. If needed they also cook to check its taste. The same whole process is followed while it's completed and ready to go out. They store 3-6 months' samples of the best pulses so that if they face any complaints regarding any of those then they can take out what is causing the problem or at which level it causes the issue and sort that out. The entire testing process is done under the supervision of the Lab head. Watch Now - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uJzYD3lMwcU.
