Hey I was the anon with the immortality questions did I understand exactly what you mean by like trying not to pinpoint the rules and lasted has narrative meaning or the rules of cool it's just that I'm usually the person who focuses on the details first which might be bad.

The purpose of those questions were more or less to find out strange quirks that he would have rather than actual narrative reasoning which like with the stomach acid thing was it because I was eating a banana and I had extreme acid reflux and that was not fun and I was like whoa what if that happened to him??? could be an interesting thing to do. And then I was thinking about it too hard and I was like what if the evil team manages is to get some stomach acids in themselves and put it inside that freaking stomach Pokemon and then just spray it on him. And that's a weird question. So I just asked if stomach acid would work

The tattoo on was mostly based on the idea that since he can't get scars maybe he would want some things to remember people by by putting it on his body to show a progression of time that's not on his coat. I mean yeah technically tattoos aren't professional but we need to get rid of this negative connotation.

The hitting the hammer question was to ask about whether or not how exactly would he be able to react to something if he couldn't freaking see it like does he still feel it the impact and the still have an automatic response to it

Bonus question: you think when Ingo doesn't have oxygen that he feels like a slight pinching then because he's currently having a sword strapped around his neck at all time so he's probably like kind of short of breath

oh yeah no i absolutely get that. i also do that. me drawing a hard rule about Not Thinking About It is very deliberate bc otherwise i'm gonna spend several hours and a conspiracy board outlining the Exact Rules that govern poke-immortality. and then paint myself into a corner when i feel like in this situation it's more fun and leaves more options to just say we'll cross that bridge when we get to it. especially if i ever do end up writing a nwt continuation
