friendly reminder that nothing was ever stated about ken’s dad. that his mother was a single parent. was it by divorce? did he pass away? or is he simply a no show?

my headcanon is: that ken has never met his father, that his parents separated right after he was born & he’d never come back to even see his son. so to ken, he honestly has no idea who or where his father is at this current time or if he’s even alive. regardless, i don’t think ken would forgive him for leaving him & his mother.
