✨🦋My safe foods🦋✨
CUCUMBER: 1 large cucumber= 45cals
CELERY: Celery is so good and it’s mostly water. 2 large stalks of celery= 20cals. Here’s a cool fact for you.. chewing the celery burns more calories than it actually contains!!!
APPLESAUCE: 1 cup of Mott’s is only 50cals
SPINACH: I LOVE spinach because 3 cups of it is only 20cals it makes me so full and keeps me from binging
SEAWEED: 1 pack of Annie Chuns organic wasabi seaweed snacks= 50cals and the pack is pretty big sometimes I only eat half.
HARDBOILED EGG: 1 egg= 70cals
RASPBERRIES: 1 cup of them= 65cals
BLACKBERRIES: 1 cup of them= 62cals and I love to nibble on them and eat like one little piece at a time
RITZ CRACKERS: 1 cracker= 16cals
TEA W/ HONEY: 20cals cause of the honey but I like it sweeter so sometimes I’ll add 1 tbsp of Chobani vanilla coffee creamer= 30cals
And GOD I LOVE MAKING MY CHAI TEA LATTES but it’s kind of high in cals
ICED CHAI TEA:
1 cup of Fairlife fat free milk= 120cals
1/4 cup of Tazo Chai Tea mix= 60cals
