📝 - Story from your childhood.

A friend of mine lived near the water, and one time we made corn husk dolls, tied them to a brick and threw them off the dock and into the ocean to drown them. I think we were pretending they were witches. Years later I’ve gone back and the brick is still there lmao

Okinawa! I took a dna test recently and it traced my mom’s side back to these islands, which is something I already knew but I was surprised by how accurate it was?? Anyway I don’t think my mom has been there so I think it would be a fun ancestry hunt trip
