genuinely thinking abt leaving my job :))
#kit speaks#which is insane to think bc i was so happy less than a months ago#and also because i didn't work for years because being a carer#but ever since this guy who used to work there has come back the whole vibe has changed to completely rancid#he's really rude and dobs you in over stupid shit?? so ofc the boss loves him bc as far as she's concerned he NEVER does anything wrong#bc the rest of us AREN'T little narcs who nitpick other people's work and go straight to the boss about any mistakes!#and this guy has been working there 7 days on/2 days off#('hold on kit.' you say to me. 'that's a violation of australian labor laws!' and you are correct.)#(this is another thing that makes me uncomfortable about the situation.)#so i don't even get a fucking break from him#AND there's been less available shifts for the people i DO like bc HE'S there!!!#so yeahH! i've gone from wanting to work at this place for the foreseeable future to genuinely considering quitting#i'll wait til after christmas so i can get those sweet sweet penalty rates at least
