Rather random but I wanted to ask our Community™ : does anybody have any recommendations (or trustable sources) on getting a piano for a beginner? I’ve been looking into learning but I’m a bit overwhelmed by the Options lol

have i come far enough that this is a viable strategy rather than forum hunting?? wao

#inquiry #Anonymous #ppl feel free to drop suggestions in the replies #my personal suggestion is look for used upright if you want a real piano #it has a different feel than electronic but might be impossible if noise constraints is a thing #if you're gonna learn i recommend actual instruction too #too many things people think they can self-teach #to an extent sure #but you'll skip a lot of fundamentals and build bad habits that an actual teacher can catch #and if you get an instructor they can recommend you things #if you're an adult looking to learn you have the ability to negotiate. be honest with your instructor so they can give you viable answers #(on another note... why here for piano of all things?)#(are you a dbd reader that i've tricked into thinking i know anything about anything about instruments??)#(^idk if my suggestions are even good so i won't own up to knowing anything)#(also also if i have readers that play instruments and have never called me out on my shit)#(wow you guys are forgiving as fuck)#verm is helping #the community??? is helping
