So I've talked a bit about my HC that Joachim used to be a toymaker (and I have been thinking about him being brown-haired a LOT), making him pretty popular among the kids (and even the people in general), but I'd like to add another HC to it.

So, Walter arrive, take the boy in, something something he turns him into a vampire and it doesn't take long for Joachim to go mad. He murders everyone in his old village, then go back to his senses and realize the Horrors he committed and feel terrible (it's pretty funny for the redhead bastard).

But while the souls of the adults vanished, those of the children stayed with Joachim, as if feeling the goodness still left in his corrupted soul and wanting to comfort him. Long story short, Joachim turn them into his swords. So the swords have some kind of consciousness, the one of lost, innocent children just wanting to make their master/father figure happy. :) Unfortunately, either because they're dead and so can't really continue to grow, or because of the process of turning them into weapons, the children's souls can't really grow and change anymore. So as Joachim falls deeper and deeper into madness, they're stuck in the same state of mind. Forever seeing Joachim as their parent who is always right and only seek the approval of. So they're more than happy to help him kill innocent men who just want to save their wives, as long as Joachim praise them. <3
