I drew my favorite form of Billy Joe Cobra yet again because I love this look a lot and I’ve been wanting to draw Cheer!Billy in my style for quite a while!

I made four different versions of him: ghost with hat, ghost without hat, alive with hat, and alive without hat.

I’m very proud of these!
