Diamond held his hand up. “Please, I am a Pokemon like you, I don’t execpt anyone to bow to me.” The time in Area Zero made him shake his head. “Team Rocket? They are still around? Heh...”

“Sorry about Area Zero, I normally don’t...go mad like that, I just can’t stand humans dealing with stuff they don’t understand.”

Diamond has been acting...off since the crew got closer to Area Zero. He was figgity and on edge the whole time, jumping at the lightest touched, which not only worried Cynthia but literally everyone...hell even Professor Rowan once told was worried.

He had left the group going ahead, a pounding headache...but who did he see?

Lakes [4/4] (Drabble)

Sendoff Springs, the hidden fourth lake of Sinnoh, one with such a strong connection to the Distortion World it was the easiest way to come and go...Unless you had Giratina. 

Some snow around the edge of the lake hadn’t melted yet, but Night was at least alone...minus Raven who found herself a spot and sat, closing her eyes to enjoy in the calmness.

“They seemed more annoyed then anything.” Night whipped his head around to see Pearl standing there. He wasn’t speaking normally, did Pearl not want Raven to hear?

“Can I not check up on friends?” He looked back to the lake and threw a pebble across the lake. He crossed his arms, holding himself.

“Friends mean a lot, so does family, young Night.” Diamond appeared now, standing beside Pearl. Diamond looked him up and down, raising a brow.

“Got a meeting in 10 minutes.” This got a ‘ah’ out of Diamond who looked back to Night. Diamond slowly approached him and rests a hand on his shoulder. Night shrugged his hand off.

“Part dragon...chosen...what’s next? I have a family to care for, but I don’t want that cursed name to follow anyone. I wanted to get out more, but I see how I am treated.” Diamond looked back at Pearl.

“How is that? We care for you, you have a family Night.” Diamond sat down beside him looking out across the lake. “There’s more out there, I hate to admit it, Gladion has just touched the surface with that portal of his.” 

Night raised a brow looking over.

“He never told you? I could understand why, it’s unstable, there was a problem, that young Ranger, Valerie, was teleported to a whole ‘nother world, one where pokemon don’t exist, but gods with great powers do. I know of a demigod there, met him long ago during my ‘slumbers’.” Diamond picked up a pebble and tossed it across the lake.

“I have a feeling that will be the next adventure.” Pearl projected. “Another fight of gods, this time we will be on the side lines watching, hoping we placed our bets on the right ones.”

He vanished from sight, just a slight shimmer. “Pearl is right. We can only hope, and after maybe become friends with them. You never know.”

“But you do.” Night commented.

“I know only so much in the future, remember Time is a river, we are simply in a boat, I am the captain. Just...stay ready.” He stood up and pats Night’s back vanishing as snow started to fall on the lake.

The man had tracked down the one Night spoke of, after he heard of these laws. Granted for a Pokemon like Zoroark it made sense, but for him and his Brothers it made zero sense. 

Sharp steel blue eyes and a jacket to match covered the man. “Explain to me these laws, impersonation laws?”

Things were clear, things, people who weren’t to blame and he knew that, but that hissing. He turned his head to see the long over due for death Pokemon jump at him, he took a deep breath, time slowed quickly.

The gem on his chest glowed, his red eyes turned blue as he unleashed the one move he’d thought he would never have to again; Roar of Time. The area would calm, things slowly returning to normal, things were ‘fixed’, time was flowing again.

“I think the next human to fuck with our stuff is going to become my dinner.” He stood on the roof of a building that overlooked towards Area Zero. He had a pounding headache, Time was fixing itself.

“Brother!” Pearl stepped from the door sliding it closed. “You seem a little worse for wear.”

“Please don’t yell.” He leaned on the railing. He waved Pearl on. 

“Gladion is fucking with portals.”

“And these people are fucking with Time.”

Diamond glanced over at his younger Brother. “You think it was a mistake?”

“To continue the Chosen line? Oh fuck yea, but hell, this is the most fun we have ever had!” He wrapped his arm around Diamond. “You found your love, you fixed a mistake. Night had a child. I’ve just got to...heh, find me love.”

“I’ve got someone in mind.”

It doesn't take long after she's put Willow to bed for Morgan to speak to Diamond, Dialga, directly. 'There's an underground to Area Zero. You might want to see it put back correctly. There's a pokemon sealed there -- my doing. Leave the seal be but if you can correct the rest... you would have my gratitude yet again. Also, bring your gun.' It's all she says before cutting the connection.

"That place again? When will people stop fucking with Time! Can I not get one lifetime where someone doesn't want to fuck with it? First Cyrus and not this!?" He grabs his gun ready to murder...

"Says the one born from a horse with wings and a horn. I've seen it in my dreams; I know the world, and you look just like him."

"It's not our fight."

"You know how many times I've heard that from this family? Jasper, if we don't help, who knows what could happen. I've already spoken to Night."

"I am barely 3." This left Diamond with a smirk.

Diamond walks down the hall to see Night packing a small bag. He raises an eyebrow and leans in the doorway. “Heading somewhere young Night?” The temporal Pokemon watched the champion closely.

Night didn’t look, instead he kept packing. “I’m going to check on some old friends, haven’t heard much from them.”

This got Diamond to lean closer. “Who?”

“Uxie, Mesprit, and Azelf. Check on them, you know?”
