The amount of boring as heck covers was getting a bit dire in the early 2020s.#Anyway initial thoughts from me are!#Cons:#Daleks again. Inevitable I suppose.#Pros:#Dorney's writing for the Daleks! An author I actually trust to do an interesting story with them!#Also Dorney's writing for Drax again! I can't wait.#Also no Matt Fitton. I'm so sorry Matt Fitton you're a great dialogue writer#but imo you've done too many episodes that are just okay to justify you writing for every single set for another 10 years#Also of course! More Eight and Liv and Helen!!#Very interesting that they're just continuing on after Stranded like that. Wonder how long it'll take em to loop back round to the end of it#Under Pros AND Cons:#more standalone stories#I have complicated feelings about that. Mostly that Big Finish would do more story arcs but like. Do them Better jsdlkfj.#It'll be nice to take a break from story arcs but it'd be nicer if Big Finish kept more believable emotional continuity with the characters?#idk. like I said. complicated.
