THE KING’S MAN HEADCANON

Polly and Oxford never married, but they got together six months after the foundation of the Kingsman; the relationship lasted for the rest of their lives. 

They had no children, but they cared for a number of boys and girls who had lost their parents during the war, or whose families were unable to support them; the oldest of those children, Oxford formally adopted as his heir, bequeathing him his title and estate. 

His name? Harry Hart (senior).

THE KING’S MAN HEADCANON

Archie Reid was the last surviving member of the original Kingsman group; retired from field work for reasons of age, he continued offering advice and mentorship to younger agents until his last day.

He didn't have the satisfaction to see his mentee, James Spencer, becoming a Kingsman and inheriting the codename Lancelot.

KINGSMAN HEADCANON

In addition to his duties as quartermaster, Merlin cares for the puppies Kingsman raises before the candidates adopt them, as well as those who return to the agency after their handlers die. He doesn't have to, Kingsman has specialized staff for that; but he enjoys it, and the puppies love him.

After his death, Harry adopts Merlin's own pet, a red and white angelfish named Nimueh.

Tequila is an excellent line and swing dancer; he goes dancing every thursday night.

KINGSMAN HEADCANON

Tequila's code name was actually a nickname he gained as a six-year-old when he drank some Statesman tequila from a bottle his parents had left on the table, and got terribly drunk. The first to call him that was a former school friend of his father, who had joined the family for dinner that day.

That friend was Champ.

KINGSMAN HEADCANON

Most of the dogs entrusted to Kingsman candidates come from animal shelters, or were saved by dangerous or unsafe situations. JB belonged to the head of a terrorist organization who cruelly mistreated him and his litter-mates; Harry Hart killed the owner and brought the little puppy to Kingsman headquarters’s veterinary.

KINGSMAN HEADCANON

Champ's father was an alcoholic.

The man drank himself to death when his son was ten, after losing his job and then, being unable to pay the rent, his home.

Because of this, Champ swore to never drink a drop of alcohol as long as he lives, and this is why he keeps a spittoon next to his desk (and another at home).
