I just want the energy to work out more often. Like i wake up exhausted. Every damn day. But i wanna get back to it. I feel like..... successful when I can hit a minute plank, or when my thighs burn the next day. It's like i won. i rotate my shit but most days are leg days bc my only good physical feature is my ass (not that it's amazing a++ wow! But I'd give it like a 7/10 yk??) And i need to make sure it stays aiight otherwise I'm undesirable and have no worth! :D
