What are the legalities behind getting a restraining order calling for the offending party to stay a certain amount of feet away, but intentionally violating it as the one who called for the order?

I'd ask Google but I'm horrible at wording these things in search engines.

#For context if anyone needs it: my uncle's wife put a restraining order on him which calls for him to stay 100 yards away from her #After he got out of prison it still holds. He's looking around to find women to date.#But we're certain his now ex wife's friend is conspiring WITH her to entrap him since they know he's on Facebook and dating apps-#(he won't shut up on Facebook and he gives out too much info about himself on the dating apps so anyone who knows him can put 2+2 together)#A whole clusterfuck of a situation so I'll abridge it: ex wife has a restraining order on him but she is conspiring to make him violate it
